I will give them 5 on the line moving pretty quickly though. However – here’s the rest. lol
What was a little confusing is the doors were locked, yet I watched people come out with single orders of food. I watched one guy walk up and tried to get in but the doors were locked. I giggled to myself thinking, you’re in the drive thru line with us, but you abandon your truck to try the doors. Well – shortly after he walks back to his truck, his buddies with the same uniform walks out of the restaurant with food and drinks.
Now to place my order – I asked for all dark, and the gentleman said I can’t! I’m thinking, surely you can, just pay extra. I know it’s that way for all white meat. Anywhoooo – he checks with someone, but I never heard a response. I finish my order, he tells me $24ish, and I’m thinking, great because I only had $25. I make it to the window and he said $26.26. Wait – I told him what he quoted and he said no he didn’t. Hmmmm – okay.
I check my bag before pulling off and the mashed potatoes weren’t in there! I’m so glad I checked before leaving because I wasn’t trying to wait at the end of the line for a family size container of potatoes.
Why is that your chicken tenders are the size of chicken nuggets? Why is it that in the middle of lunch hour, you haven’t learned how to keep fries available at all times (when you know they are going to be needed)? Why, when you run out of fries, are you selling crinkled fries from some other location (without telling the customer first) as if they were cajun fries?
Do better.
I really think Popeyes corporate should visit this location and see if it is up to your standards.
