Probably one of the best hotel restaurants Ive been to. These are hotel prices but still reasonable. The drinks are stiff and delicious (special mention to the rise and shine). The food is fresh and really well made. Tacos are great. Market salad with tuna was absolutely perfect. Ive been to far too many regular restaurants unable to match that level. And, the waitresses are adorable.

Asparagus small plate and the Harvest Green salad were fantastic. The salmon was cooked perfectly, tender with a flavoral seasoned outer crisp. The fries were really good, beer battered and spiral shaped with a delicious unique seasoning. The waitress was also accommodating to my onion and spinach allergy.

Great burger and drinks. Nice little happy hour menu but not a huge savings on price from reg menu. Dip sandwich was good as were the ago tuna nachos. Great little place with great foods to try. Be back for sure.

“Quality service and hard work”
My wife and I stayed at the Eddy hotel for her birthday weekend and decided to try their restaurant (breakfast) instead of going out to a different establishment. The quality of the service was impeccable, and our server (who also manned the bar and was a manager) was dashing to and from other tables, ensuring everyone was getting the care they deserved (she even played along with my tooost “joke”). The food itself was certainly miles beyond what I’ve had at most hotels, let alone their individual connected establishments. My wife had the Eddy breakfast platter, and I opted for the breakfast burrito. Neither of us had any complaints and enjoyed every bite, but if you do eat here, you have to order something that either comes with toast or order it on the side! All in all, it was one of the best experiences we’ve had a hotel to date, and if and when we decide to come back to Tucson, we will certainly plan our stay with Eddy.

Food and service were great. We had the bread with parmesana and the pepperoni pizza.

I ate the Pin+Flour during my stay at the Eddy hotel and enjoyed every bite. The special that day was a steak served with smashed crispy potatoes and roasted carrots. The steak was cooked to perfection and every part of the dish was well seasoned and delicious. There’s outdoor seating beside gas fireplaces near the pool which was perfect after swimming all day. Earlier I had a few drinks along with chips and guacamole during happy hour (which is daily from 4-6) and everything was 10/10. The bartender who was also serving the food was great, really a friendly person who knows how to make a drink.

I recently had a disappointing experience at pin and flour restaurant . The red snapper dish was bland and over cooked, lacking any flavor. The Salento lime rice was dry and lacked the zesty rang I was expecting.the sauce smeared on the dish was unplesant and over powering .the chips and guacamole were stale and tasteless.the excessive use of seeds on the dishes created an odd texture. Most disappointing was the absence of vegan-friendly options, particularly the cauliflower tacos cooked in bacon fat. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant for a satisfying dining experience.Save your money if you want a better meal then they serve here eat at McDonald’s.

My husband and I went to Pin & Flour inside of The Eddy Hotel yesterday. We went mid afternoon so it was not busy at all. Very clean. The salad with strawberries, goat cheese and housemade vinaigrette was excellent, very fresh ingredients. I had the hamburger, cooked to perfection for my taste of medium rare, excellent meat and toppings. French fires typical shoe string variety. The bun was excellent, I’m not sure if they make in house, but nicely toasted and excellent compliment to the burger.
Now here was the downfall, my husband ordered the filet mignon. We had had this before at this restaurant, this time it was half the size (about 4 oz). The waitress was very attentive and asked the chef, out came another small filet along with the chef. The chef did apologize and stated he was new and had watched another chef cut the filets in small portions. My husband stated the filet was excellent except a little too much salt/seasoning, did let the chef know about this. Basically, make sure when ordering a filet mignon there to indicate the level of seasoning and the size of the filet being served.
We will definitely be going back amd would highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent burger or filet mignon.

I’ve been to Pin + Four twice now. I wanted to like it. It’s a nice space and a cool atmosphere. But the first time I was there, the following day there were unauthorized charges on my creit card and that was the only place I had recently used the card. The second time (last night), my card was charged and uncharged repeatedly but was ultimately charged multiple times for my food. Two strikes and you’re out. I was considering putting my work’s outside guests up there, but that won’t happen.
