My family orders Jimmy John’s often, and this last time I noticed my combo was missing the chips. I called the store and spoke with Josh, who immediately expressed genuine concern and a real desire to make it right. He told me he would bring the chips to my home, and he did(even adding an extra bag).
His enthusiasm for great customer service was so refreshing. Josh arrived with a smile and such a well-mannered, kind demeanor that the whole experience honestly made my day.

As someone who has loved Jimmy John’s, I was disappointed getting an $11 sandwich with hardly any meat on it.. Not to mention it wasn’t “freaky fast”. Sad 🙁

Freaky fast and always very good drive through service. You pull up, make your order, and delicious sandwiches await. I would recommend this location, and it is always my go-to when visiting La Vista. Also, I’m not sure what the history is with the stickers at the driveup window, but I love that as it makes this location unique.

I order large orders from this location for work, frequently and never have an issue. They are always in time and the delivery drivers are friendly. I always try to order days in ahead so they have time to prepare however even on the days where that’s not possible, they are still always prompt and FSC Edge loves them!!
