Well that sucks
We usually love this little Caesars but they were very rude when I asked why our sauce wasn’t at least half full, I could probably dump these 2 together and still not have a full container. They said their new reglation is “one ladle full” per container.

Well normally I get door dash and the cheesy breadsticks are way better than the 3 sausages per slice of pizza I got. The guy couldn’t hear my order cause the music was at 240! And is sausage expensive these days?

Super happy with the price and pick up. Love the portal option.
One tiny issue would be that the crust on my veggie pizza was still a little doughy. I thought it was just the cheese but it could have used a bit longer in the over unfortunately.

I ordered my pizza online, it was supposed to be ready at 3:40. When I showed up to pick it up at 3:41, I was told that it would be another 8 minutes til it was ready. I got the notification that my pizza was ready and in the portal at 3:58. It was not ready. I was told to wait another 5 minutes.
I finally got my pizza at 4:07. 27 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. No apologies, no reason/explanation as to why it took so much longer than it was supposed to.

The pizza is delicious, but the service/wait time was irritating.

Terrible experience. My husband order two pretzel pizza with red sauce. He even told the kid twice make sure it had red sauce on both pizzas. He gets home and there was cheese sauce on both pizza and it was cut on top only so had to pull apart. Tried to call them, like they would do anything about it. No answer then tried again closed. Threw second pizza out is my kids will not eat the pizza.
