Great food. And they are soooo friendly, always 100%. Thank you. This is my kids’ favorite restaurant, period. We especially love the hibachi shrimp and shrimp mesi. And we love the yum yum sauce. The girl that serves us aways has a smile, and she is always a delight.

Honestly extremely impressed with Japanese Express. Placed my order online, and it was ready 10 mins later. The food is great! We got a miso soup, 6 crab Rangoon, a fried roll, and a chicken hibachi dinner for $30. For the price, I’m happy with the quality. I highly recommended it!

The Crawfish Love roll was fantastic, but I was highly disappointed with the Caterpillar roll – it was mostly cucumber in the middle, very little eel meat for a specialty roll. Service was very quick and friendly, and the mural on the wall is interesting to say the least. Will eat here again, but won’t waste my money on the Caterpillar again.

My husband and I are both completely dumbfounded by these good reviews. This was absolutely terrible! We started with a salad with ginger dressing, the dressing was good but the lettuce was swimming in water. It went downhill from there. We moved here from Augusta Ga where there was a phenomenal hibachi express called miyabi Jr. This was nothing like that. If you are expecting hibachi like what you get at a Japanese steak house this is not it! We could not even eat it. My husband got steak and scallops. The scallops were like frozen bay scallops you would find in the grocery store and were the size of mini marshmallows. Not what you would expect at a Japanese hibachi express. The steak was either skirt steak or stew meat. This came with steamed flavorless vegetables. That is not hibachi. Chicken had a weird texture and taste. The rice seemed like they threw some steamed rice back in a pan and hit it with some soy sauce. I really have to wonder what these people leaving good reviews eat on the daily. This was like BAD Chinese food posing as Hibachi.

Nice people. I ordered the steak and chicken hibachi. I honestly don’t have anything nice to say about the food. Palette and visually, just not good. I don’t think that was chicken and beef. Also, the veggies weren’t stir fried. They were either blanched or steamed. No flavor unless you use the sauces they provide. Sauces, also, not good.

Quaint takeout hibachi with dine-in option. Beautiful art mural. Friendly staff. Food was unfortunately disappointing. The tuna sushi was not real tuna at all. The fried rice was plain with no flavor. The hibachi chicken was not flavorful. The shrimp tempura roll was good.
