How does a pizza fresh from the oven come out burnt AND soggy?! I don’t know if y’all changed crust or something, but this was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I do not recommend going here. It’s just not good anymore.

I ordered a pizza half jalapeno/pepperoni and the other half extra cheese and it was a mess. It wasnt even completely cut and the slices were so uneven and messy i had to recut it. Half the pizza wasnt on the pizza.

Honestly, we need to stop ordering from Papa John’s until they do something about their delivery drivers. Be prepared to receive a pizza that’s been sitting out for 35+ minutes so that a DoorDash could deliver it to you an hour later And you’re lucky if you get someone who actually has customer service etiquette

The pizza wasnt like papa John’s used to be, very sloppy put together, toppings weren’t to the edge and overall bad experience and will only buy garlic butter sauce from them and get pizza else where.

First time ordering Papa John’s pizza and it was DELICIOUS!! Not only that the entire ordering process was a breeze! Ordered online pick up, they let me know order was ready and when I went to pick up the order the cashier washed their hands before touching my pizza box and handed it to me WITH THEIR MASK ON!! Ordered my pizza at 6:20 pm tonight it’s 7:55 pm they left my pizza outside for a hour . I so wanted my pizza called and spoke to a employee in charged name Kenneth didn’t even try to send me another to the right address just said I will refund you your money and I said I really wanted my pizza he could care less just said your refund will be there with in 3 to 5 business days . I can’t believe they actually left it there and there was stray cats around it

Honestly have had bad experiences with this store but this was the final straw. I order 2 large pizzas and a 2 liter with 2 extra dipping cups. I was paying cash and was told about 45 mins for the delivery to arrive. I go back to look as an hour had passed, and STILL stuck in the same spot. THEN they transfer it to DoorDash, which then estimated arrival of ANOTHER 45 MINUTES!!! I call to complain and pretty much the answer was “You’re gonna have to deal with it as our systems are down.” Meaning, no care for the customer, getting cold food, and overall AGAIN poor customer service and experience. This WILL be my last time bringing my business to the location. Just sad.

At least 4 times in a row i have tried to order online and ended up canceling my order because of their ridiculous policies. First of all, they have a $9 min policy for delivery (not even domino’s has that), which means the use of a promocode or coupon will likely put you below the minimum, meaning no delivery, UNLESS you buy more which negates the purpose of the promocode. Nothing in the ads say promocodes may negate your delivery. So, in A sense, violating Consumer Protection laws thru false advertising. I WILL NEVER order from Papa John’s again.
