This is better than the big city Einsteins! My husband and I walked in, instantly greeted politely, and Greg was very helpful and patient as we were choosing our orders. Very wholesome experience as Emily quickly completed our order, it was great food & experience! Thank you guys!

Went a few days ago to get a bagel and iced coffee. I was so pleased with the friendliness of the staff, and cleanliness of the store. The iced coffee tasted amazing as well as the fresh bagel!

Review Updated: Bagel Saturdays took a turn for the worse. I initially gave this location 4 stars after trying the newly opened Einstein Bros Bagels near my house, but I’m now downgrading it to 2 stars due to a troubling experience. I ordered a medium roast coffee and a couple of cheddar jalapeño bagels with garden veggie shmear. While the bagels were fresh and flavorful, I later felt symptoms of food poisoning, and I suspect the shmear might have been the culprit. It was disappointing since I was looking forward to making this spot a regular weekend stop.
The service was a bit slow, likely due to new staff, but I was willing to overlook that as they found their rhythm. However, given my experience, I’m now hesitant to return and hope management will review food handling practices to prevent future issues. I hope this location addresses these concerns, as it could be a great addition to the neighborhood with a few improvements.

Food was gross. I’ve never had cream cheese on a bagel melt when bagel isn’t toasted. It looked like they put milk that’s how liquidity it was. The onions were all different sizes. Find another one to go to. It was disgusting.

They took forever and when they finally gave me my bagel sandwich (a BLT), the only things on the bagel were avocado and tomato. There was no egg, no bacon, or the other components that were supposed to be in the sandwich. Basically I waited forever and they didn’t even get the order right.
