The new burger, the Maple flavor was such a piece of junk. Anybody can add maple flavor to any patty, but that doesn’t make it the real deal. Don’t waste your money, instead go to a regular stake house.

we called to make sure they were open and they hung up in my face. decided to go there and sat in line with NO ONE taking our order at the speaker for 20 minutes. terrible service and we couldn’t even tell that they were open when we pulled up. there were more than enough people in there to help take our order and nothing was done.

Haven’t been to this location in over a year. Bad experience then, bad experience this time as well. The staff acted as if it was their first day on the job. I ordered a number 1. No customizations. Pretty straightforward. I got home and see that gave me a whopper ketchup only. Luckily I live nearby and was able to bring it back for the right item.
It took a while for them to take my order and even longer wait to get my order. A couple of other customers received their order before me then they asked what I was waiting for. SMH
I don’t know who is in charge of that location but some serious training is needed there with a focus on customer service.
The corrected whopper was nothing like what I remember.

Went to this location tonight with 2 other people, All 3 of us ordered separately but back to back only one person received their food. When we got up to ask about our order the manager who refused to give me her name was Extremely Rude & Disrespectful because we asked how long it’s gonna be, the attitude got worse when we requested a refund. I’ve never in my 41 years of life been treated that way, it was ridiculous.
I felt so bad for the poor cashier, they talked to her really bad.
I let her know I work in customer service and I would never talk to someone like that & she should rethink the service industry. She chose Burger King.

bro they had NO food. im a vegan and they didnt even have my impossible whopper and my friend wanted a milkshake and they said they have none at this time?? also they took so long to answer us; we were waiting in the car for ten minutes. seriously man, WOW!!! ✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️

This Burger King SUCKS. I’ve ordered on DoorDash MANY TIMES and, more times than not, my order is completely wrong. This happened again tonight. I ordered a Double Whopper Meal plain. It came FULLY dressed. Why offer options to modify your food if you don’t listen of pay attention to it? It looks like you need to get rid of the whole crew and start from scratch with people that at least act like they care. I know that they aren’t paid much but they choose to be there — the least they could do is make the food right.
