Me and family came through the drive by right at closing time and the manager Dominique was amazing. She still let us order, she had a great attitude and she made sure the food was good and we were satisfied before we pulled off. Ask for her! Great customer service

Fish sandwiches were good and hot but the service was mediocre. The only saving grace was the young lady that actually handed us our food. Everything before that was audible sarcastic comments and complaints about a change we requested to an order once we learned that something we didn’t ask for was going to be added to our food.

This was the best fast food experience I’ve ever had to date. Kahl, as it turns out is pronounced Kale, is hilarious and personable even without the name tag. We cracked jokes and exchanged banter between the car and window while putting in our order. Everyone in the car had come from the Renaissance Festival in their full costumes hot, hungry, and tired, but Kahl and crew turned it around. Our whole team is also thankful for the management and other staff who’s fun and enjoyment continued. We will always come back to this Wendy’s when we are in the area.

Alert. The lady at the drive thru window with braids, pink shirt and pink eyebrow piercing calling me “petty over a sip of juice” because I asked for my drink to be properly filled and not hand me a 3/4 full drink was not to much to ask for, it’s customer service as well as what we pay for. In my job if I was flagrant to a customer I would be in the office and reprimanded. But Wendy’s Restaurant #00008271 on Mars Hill Rd. Powder Springs, GA will not grace my card again.

This Wendy’s is garbage. The employees do not care at all, were bad mouthing customers at the window, had us waiting for one item and then kept forgetting to bring us the item, then gave us the wrong size item, and overall, was an awful experience.
