My favorite Hardee’s in Bowling Green. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My orders are always correct, even when I order something custom made. The place is never too busy and has a nice atmosphere.

I will never ever go back to this location. I pulled in for 2 cheeseburgers, no one else in line. It was 5pm. The girl working the drive thru said they had to cook patties fresh. She came back and said, the broiler ate my patties and she would have to start over. I waited another 5 minutes, so a total of 10 minutes. I asked her to throw in some fries because I waited so long. She said her manager said no. I guess I understand now why no one was there and no one in line. This is the 2nd time I’ve had issues there. That’s enough for me.

Got a mushroom burger and fries. Mushroom burger had been squished and fries were wet and cold. Will never go back again. I opened up the burger and looked like nothing compared to my previous experience. Something green like juice substance. Don’t ever eat fast food before you look underneath the bun. Fries never went to the pot for cooking. Just thawed out and don’t go there. I’m calling health department

85% of food was fresh ,hot ,and delicious! The other 15% was dried out ,hard and lightly warm .This is a very busy place in the mornings and I recommend it !!! Fast paced,I recommend the omelet biscuit .The French toast sticks both orders were hard and impossible to chew don’t buy those .

Well it would be nice if they did not have the machine at the drive-thru trying to decide what I was going to get and it kept asking me hi can I help you hi can I help you hi can I help you I didn’t know what I wanted yet then I asked if the chicken tender meal was the same as the chicken tenders that they have you know it had a combo over here then it had chicken tenders over here well come to find out yes they’re the same chicken tenders after we went round and round with the person that was inside. Then as I come up to the drive-thru to get my food she tends to tell me that you know I can ask for a person instead of talking to the machine. I told her there shouldn’t be one there in the first place they should have people or a more user friendly machine. Then she was nasty to me told me that she hopes I have a jolly day instead and she kind of yelled at me as I pulled off and I told her to have a great day as well so good for your person at the window there they did a really good job not will not be back probably and will tell everyone haven’t ate my food yet don’t know if it’s good it’s usually good when it comes from Hardee’s so we’ll see

On our way home from a football game in Nashville and hit the drive through. I ordered an angus blt frisco sandwich. Got on the road, opened the wrapper, and there was no hamburger patty on it. Only lettuce, tomato, bacon, and way too much mayo. How do you forget to add a hamburger patty on a $7.99 sandwich?

Ordered a double and received a single. Tried to call number listed on receipt and online but it was ringing like a fax machine then hangs up. Not only did they mess up my order, but they phones don’t work I assume. Not to mention the computer generated machine taking orders!!!!
