Extreamly disappointed. My husband asked for a meatball sub and they didn’t tell him that they didn’t have any made just disappeared to the back to make more so he didn’t have a chance to get something else. When he got his sandwich, the meatballs were still cold in the middle. I got the sweet onion chicken with a few veggies, one being avocado. They put so much on there I couldn’t taste anything else. We have never had trouble here, but tonight was terrible. Neither of us ate our sandwich. Slow service. The manager was in the back washing dishes while he had some untrained employee struggling. Whenever he did come out, he was more focused on chatting it up with another employee.

Ordered two 6” steak n cheese and when he took them out of the toaster and wanted to know what we would like on them I about fell over by the sight of what little meat was on the both of the sandwiches, complained about it he said he could add double meat for a fee, finally my boyfriend spoke up cause his looked as skimpy as mine and the smart mouth red head said oh I’ll just add more meat, extremely disappointed and will probably never step foot in the imperial subway again…I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The new owners don’t seem like they know what they’re doing, the kids that work there are incompetent and struggle to make a sandwich, every time I go in it takes at least 20 min to get my sandwich even when I’m the only customer in the store, I’ve had someone straight up just leave in the middle of making my sandwich, the manager just stay in the back so he no help when trying to get customers thru the line, today was the last time I’ll visit this store, I spent my entire lunch break just GETTING my lunch

Went there twice, once during the day and once during the evening. Lady on day shift was off the clock and still made my sandwich and did a great job, (she gets the 5 stars!). The two guys working evening shift only get 1 star, cause the don’t listen and made a crappy sandwich.
