Why not cut the cheese bread up? Also I ordered the big box meal with the rectangle pizza because that’s what I wanted and instead I get a regular medium pizza. When I call to complain the manager Raul, Amin tells me I should call corporate and complain, but the fact that the matter is, I ordered something you guys couldn’t fulfill that instead of communicating with me that you can fulfill that you just decided to give me whatever you want if I wanted a medium round pizza I would’ve ordered a medium round pizza and he was very rude and no help in the whole process of trying to rectify their issues like this is very lazy horrible Customer service I will never order from this particular Pizza Hut again.

This is the 2nd time in a row where I ordered online and when I went to pick it up they didn’t even start making it. I paid extra for a pan pizza. I said this isn’t a pan pizza, but was told it was and they just take it out early. After looking online, it may be a pan pizza, but the dough is very old. I’ll stick to Marcos or Papa John’s across the street.

Ordered My Hut Box. Pan pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and onions. Side honey bbq wings. Both were wrong! Pizza had sausage and green peppers. Wings were buffalo. I checked my receipt to make sure I ordered correctly, which I did. So not only was the complete order wrong, but I paid for an extra topping that I didn’t get. Total failure! Do better!

My deliver order was placed on line and I added a $10 tip for a 2 mile delivery. The Door Dash driver pointed to the receipt which only showed the food price. I gave him a tip thinking I had not processed the order and tip. My checking account shows the tip went through. Not nice.

Ordering was the hardest part believe it or not bc it took the automated thing so long to connect me through to someone but once I got through it was smooth sailing. Guy took my order with no problem after telling me the specials and when I arrived to pick up my order the guy behind the desk (black guy with glasses) was very nice, courteous & professional. Overall an A. If I had been able to talk to someone right away when I called it would’ve been an A+! Try this place it won’t let you down!
Ps – the pizza was also amazing! It looked like one of the ones you see in the commercials with the toppings evenly spaced and the taste was amazing! I will order from here again next time 1000%.

If I could rate this store a 0 I would. I have had several deliveries from this store with this store. Messed up my order and when I called the store to notify of incorrect order they said they had no record of it. Said no way to track with credit card, phone number or delivery service that picked up the pizza. The manager was incredibly rude as well.

Just terrible experience, I put my item to pick up at 7:15, they didn’t even started to make it until I was there at 7:08, I put this item at 6:30, had 2 pizzas and still have gotten nothing, I don’t know if they just don’t care about their customers or what, but honestly they did really bad on my order… had to get a refund on an item because they didn’t have all the items to do it. Is just frustrating.

Tuesday late evening, Gentleman with the Afro, I’m assuming he is the shift manager, what a nice guy! Kept a smily face through out our conversation/ordering, super welcoming vibe, definitely will be back again!!

We decided to try the recently advertised Pizza melt meat lover and chose to get it at the Fairfax Station Pizza Hut. Our first experience was calling the Fairfax Station location and waiting on line for 15 minutes before some spoke to us while the PH phone system continued to play their recording. A long 5 minutes later some took our order.
5 minutes later we arrived at the Fairfax Station store and after waiting in our car for another 5 minutes I walked into the store and paid for our order. I was told it will be another 15 minutes before it would be ready. 10 minutes later I observed they were now starting my Pizzamelt order.
20 minutes later I asked for the 4th time how my order was coming. They search for my order and found it in a warming cabinet.
In the end it took 55 minutes later.
And no they neither apologized nor offered a refund. Dam such wonderful customer service.

Oh yes, we did try the Pizzamelt meat lover and found that the tomato sauce was really good and the highline of our order.
We do not recommend ordering the Pizza melt nor ordering any products from this Pizza Hut.

The pizza is better than expected for Pizza Hut, especially when it was freshly baked. Service was friendly and prompt. Parking is plentiful in the open lot
