We noticed they using the same gloves and cutlery for non-veg and veg. It might not matter for people for people who do not like mixing veg and non veg, its not a good feeling.
The sandwich was absolutely disgusting actually made me sick and I spent half the night in the bathroom. Guessing the meat was spoiled
I went in to ask about it and spoke to the woman working today (wearing glasses). She was rude and dismissive, telling me “that’s how I make it,” with no apology or concern. As a regular customer, this was really disappointing.
Quality and service like this make me question coming back.
They’ve forgotten our sodas twice and sent the wrong order twice. Initially I couldn’t fault SubWay for a DoorDasher forgetting and/or bringing the wrong order but I realized after the 4th issue that it’s the same DoorDasher who works/contracts for that SubWay possibly. We have 2 teenagers and all their friends and over the course of 2 months spent $600+ just at this particular SubWay…their loss. $300/mo revenue for 1 family is kinda a big deal because I’m sure more will refrain from patronizing this SubWay after reading this review…not my problem. We pay for a service + 20-30% tip and expect to receive what we pay for, period. After the 4th time of not receiving items it’s nothing shy of theft.
I have never wrote a poor review before but felt this one needed to be done.
