Very good Wendy’s location. Generally very good service and food. My last visit didn’t go as well, however. The order placement terminal didn’t work after putting on my order. Waited for roughly 5 minutes for someone to (re)take order at the register. The staff was nice but everything seemed very disorganized that day and the staff seemed more concerned with talking with customers than taking food orders. Food was good.

I took my Filipina Wife for her first visit to Wendy’s. To begin, my wife would always, always assure me the quality of food I experience when she has me try restaurants in her country are of the best of the best. My goal is to do the same for her as she is now in the states. This location in Sylacauga, Alabama was extremely disappointing. My wife is usually quiet when she doesn’t like something, but she insisted with sharing this experience with the ones who’re fully responsible for the end result of the food handed to every individual customer. There really is no need to explain in this message as to what the food was like. The photos will do that! It’s so very unfortunate I had to apologize to my wife for such an experience! $15 for two Son of a Baconators and one Medium Coke, this is absolutely unacceptable and this location will never get our business, again. You can do batter!

This Wendy’s consistently messes up my order and has poor customer service. They’re rude constantly and literally leave bacon off of baconators. I loooove Wendy’s but this location sucks. I order the same thing every time I’m there(a triple baconator sandwich just the sandwich, not too hard to get 1 whole thing right?) and they mess it up almost every time. I can’t stand this location and will go to a Wendy’s somewhere else on my way home. Such a pitiful excuse for service. I’m tired of paying for bacon I didn’t get! I’ve started checking the bag and this time only the top piece had bacon, instead of all 3 patties. I didn’t notice until I got home. Give me the bacon I paid for and leave the bad attitudes in the back.
Update: I went back and got another triple baconator… take a look at the pictures! No bacon????!!!

I thought I was getting full size burgers at a deal but ended up getting sliders, size burgers. Not a great deal. Buns weren’t even warm.
And if I had to guess there couldn’t have been an ounce of beef on it, each burger. So sad.
