Placed an order just before 6pm. Called around 7pm, they said it would be out soon. Called again at 8pm and they said it was going out for real this time. We got our order a little after 8:30pm. We had ordered two cold sandwiches and two fountain drinks. The ice in the drinks was completely gone. The sandwiches felt room temperature. We did not eat the sandwiches, though I did take them apart to assess the accuracy and they did make the sandwiches correctly, the problem is that they allowed the food to sit out and then decided to send out room temperature sandwiches instead of remaking them and the drinks.
Normally the service at this location is fine and the food is fine and the hot sandwiches come hot and the cold sandwiches come cold. They failed tonight and when I called about a refund, the manger was defective and defensive. We will be much more hesitant to order, and especially apprehensive about ordering from this particular location.

Called in an order to be picked up on my lunch quick as I was going to be driving by. Single sandwich and chips, easy in and out I thought. The order taker put it in as delivery to an address that isnt even mine? When I went into the store to pick up the sandwich I was told they had no order by that and was told I called the wrong store. When I provided proof of the call I was then argued with by the man at the counter telling me the number Google provided was wrong and that no one has called in a long while. Thats is when the other employee who I spoke with on the phone says that she took the order and remembered doing so on the number I called straight from Google. Felt pretty disrespected to be told I didnt do something I did and then argued with about it?? Got my sandwich but what a terrible staff experience. The guy at the counter needs to be less hostile and get it together because he obviously had no idea what was going on.

I ordered a Big John add avocado for lunch and when it arrived there was no meat in the sandwich. I called the store and they offered to remake and send the new one out. I waited an additional 45 min and still no sub. I called again and a different person answered. I explained the situation and he acted as though he couldn’t believe they’d deliver a sandwich with no meat. I just requested a refund for it and he seemed reluctant, but said he will refund me. I’m skeptical if I’ll actually see that refund and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from that store again.

Horrible customer service my order was a large got a regular size sandwich also the outer wrapping soaked with sauce no better on the inside just to find absolutely no meat on the sandwich just for the manager to tell me over the phone “that he knows theres meat on there he made it”conveniently enough he was just walking inside from a smoke break as my wife was leaving with food, so a out right lie he told! Then told me I would have to bring it all the way back to the store for refund he then told me wile there I ate to much of the sandwich hes not refunding me, told him corporate will hear about it he shruged and said he dont care. If you need your food at a certain time, don’t order here. I ordered for delivery at 9:55 for 11:15-11:30. They delivered my food at 12:20 with a coworkers food who needed hers by 12:30. I have a 30 minute lunch time. 50 minutes later for the convenience of the store is unacceptable. I am deleting the app.

Delivery was fast my sub is good only problem was the forgot my cucumbers on my sub and had more lettuce on my sons sub then anything else other then that it’s good I wouldn’t do delivery I would go in the store to make sure it’s correct
