We were visiting Labor Day weekend from Chicago, happened to walk by this place and stumbled in. The host/server was courteous and friendly. The rolls were great. They even made me a custom roll I asked for not on the menu. The chef was fun to watch! Great little date spot. No line to get in, delicious, and great atmosphere. You can’t go wrong here!

We came for dinner on Sunday night and got seats at the sushi bar. Chef took our order and promptly rolled the sushi in front of us. He said he is from Northern Japan, and a pro at rolling and chopping the good stuff. We’ll be back!

Could not have been friendlier wait staff! We came here midday for an early dinner around 4pm and walked right in for a seat at the bar. We ordered our rolls directly with the chef and they prepared it right in front of us. All other apps came out quick too.
Not to mention everything is reasonably priced compared to every other sushi spot in Laguna!

The fish quality was superb. Yellowtail was my favorite wish they had it in more rolls and not just sashimi. Excellent little spot but it is that, little. So it can feel a little bit cramp and can get slow as they only had one server but if you sit at the bar you can just ask the sushi chef what you want. Good value. Ordered sashimi sampler, rainbow roll, spider roll, and 79 special and a green tea for 100 before tip.

Great spot run by a Japanese person. Sushi is very fresh ( everything is fresh). Gyoza was home made and tasted like pork in instead of frozen goo. Reasonable price and great service. Highly recommend!!!!!

The sushi was averageish, but we had to send back a roll because of a giant hair in it (check out the picture). They barely even acknowledged it. They just took it without a word and brought a new one ten minutes or so later. It would have been nice if they’d apologized or offered any sort of discount? Also they never brought us napkins.

Stopped in for a quick lunch today with my boyfriend. We had a california roll, a salmon skin roll, and some miso soup. It was all delicious! The service was quick and amazing. The gentleman working the counter was so sweet and energetic he made the experience so fun!
