I was very disappointed in the sandwich that I have received from subway tonight. I ask a friend to pick me up a sandwich for dinner. And it was a roast beef there was little to no meat, there was also little no lettuce, no cheese that I’ve ask for no extra mayo that I’ve ask for i didn’t get it. There was also little to no tomatoes it was a sandwich that was made for a 5 year old very poorly made.

food was average, employee was incredible rude. it seemed as if she was annoyed i was there, and had a horrible attitude about everything. it wasn’t just the rude tone AND comments, i said thank you without getting a reply back and asked for an item to be added to my sandwich as i forgot. i apologized and received a dirty look in response. bathrooms and restaurant were both filthy. our corps deserves much better than this.

I give a 5 star for this location. Lindsay did an EXCELLENT job with understanding what I wanted and HOW I wanted it. She took her TIME with me and got personal, WHICH I LIKE. She also has humor! I always love someone who makes me laugh or makes jokes. I feel that is GOOD customer service. The store was clean. And Lindsay made my sub sandwich PERFECT. I ended up buying a foot long for my husband and I to share (Italian bread, rotisserie chicken heated up in the microwave, provolone cheese, lettuce, onion, tomatoes, and mayo.) Our food was fresh. Especially the cookies. Thank you, Lindsay!! You were amazing and made me feel so good! I would recommend coming here, if you haven’t yet!! AND ASK FOR LINDSAY!! You won’t be disappointed with her!! (Obviously don’t be rude or mean… I KNOW HOW IT IS WHEN THERE IS A LINE OR YOU’RE “HANGRY!!” Be patient and nice and you’ll get the same in return.)

Good place to catch a quick bite. Usually don’t have to wait in line unless it’s lunch hours 1130-1pm ish. Thursday’s are packed if there is a family day. Not much seating, usually pretty clean. Staff is friendly and quick making your food.

No ketchup or hot pepper options. They don’t have any ketchup packets. Fountain drinks are tasteless as the machines aren’t well kept. Employee morale seems low and relaxed. Overall quality control standards are very low. This place needs proper management.

Graduation day at Paris Island so expect long lines and short tempers. We waited in line an hour and that is because we are on an island. What upset me the most was after finally making it to the counter the lady behind the counter says you need to wait because I have to make these call in orders. I did flip out a bit did not matter. Never put call in or to go orders before you in house customers. Also the line spills out into the bowling alley in front of the bathrooms which I must have a sign that says cut through here in front of me. Bathrooms filthy and very annoying. Food ok but never again.
