Great bagels and cream cheese options. They have Taylor ham too, which isn’t too common in the HV. The breakfast wraps are also excellent as is the tuna melt. The portions are generous!
We often stop in when we have our dogs, they wait in the car and we get them sunny side up eggs to go. When my wife and I come in they start cooking them up. LOL.

$7.20 for a bagel with cream cheese that looks like a mini bagel and a coffee. They don’t acknowledge the customers that are trying to order, especially when they’re standing underneath the “Order Here” sign. And if they do, they just pick a random person in line. Second time this happened to me, hence the reason for a review. There’s no organization. Four people working behind the counter and you have to wait 10 minutes to order when there’s no line. Terrible customer service.

For being a NY Bagel this place did not live up to the name. Very flat layer of Bacon Egg n Cheese. Not a lot of cream cheese variety either. And they forgot to toast my other bagel with cream cheese as ordered so it’s cold. Not a schmear either more like a spread. Flavors there though 4.3 out of 10

Great experience, staff was friendly and nice. The bagels are very good still nice and soft even after toasting. Prices are average. Wait time was average also. Food option is endless, cozy atmosphere lots of parking.

I originally left a 2star review stating the grill is off A LOT. That’s all i wrote.
I went in a few months later. The cashier some how recognized me, or my name and remembered this review. He confronted me about giving them 2 stars and he used it as a chance to explain why the grill is off then asked me to leave.
It was an uncomfortable experience honestly, I ended up throwing the food out because I didn’t trust the source. I have no idea how they recognized me as I always just order my food and go home. I’m never going back.

Updats: my boyfriend and I are both sick and can’t stomach anything. We’ve both got food poisoning..
I asked for a lox bagel, they gave me an omelette (it’s not listed as an omelette) and charged me for a bagel I never received. Fine. I asked for a bagel sandwich instead again and to put cream cheese on it. He charged me for 2x with cream cheese, got MAD at me, then didn’t put cream cheese on either and gave himself a tip. Almost $30 down the drain. I won’t waste my time here again. Customer service is bad, and the bagel in the end was dry and not worth even 5$

There’s Less seasoning on these bagels than Dunkin’ Donuts.
I just think if you’re gonna get charged almost $3 for a bagel with cream cheese, it should be covered in the toppings, no? You can barely taste the seasoning. It’s almost like a real everything bagel farted on a plain bagel and sent it on its way for sale. Like the flavor is a distant reminder of what an everything bagel should taste like.
And unfortunately the Bagels are dry, and practically stale. They are more bread like than bagel. Not very soft and chewy like the ones you’d find elsewhere.
I give the stars to the staff cause they are just doing what they can with what they’ve got.
