The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming — the kind of people who make you feel like you’ve been eating there for years. The food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor.
I also tried the wings and they were surprisingly amazing — crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The atmosphere is simple but cozy, and everything feels clean and well-organized.
Highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We were headed back home on our road trip and starving. Google directed us to Ryan’s and we stopped. The pizza was amazing, the bathroom was very clean and smelled great and staff was very friendly. One of the best stops I’ve ever made on a road trip. I marked it on our map for next time. Thanks!

Ordered a medium pizza with extra cheese, half sausage and half pepperoni! There was like no cheese on the pizza at all. The sauce was good. I got wings xxxx crispy and when I got home they were still raw (forgot a picture before I put them in air fryer!

I found this little quaint place on accident. I had a trailer being fixed up the road and came here for some food. The atmosphere was perfect for someone like me and the customer service from the girl (sorry didn’t catch her name) was a unexpected surprise for what i normally come across. This is definitely a stop if your in the area, sadly because of work I doubt I’ll ever see it again. Thank You for the half specialty pie also. We don’t get that where I’m from lol.

I found myself here again 2 months later and the service is still the same, absolutely fantastic!! I had a treat this time when the Boss Man upheld my claim of customer service being stellar. Thanks for the ice even though you didn’t have to go above and beyond at that moment for me like you did! Thank You!

Been to Ryan’s twice now and both times this place and absolutely blown us out of the water with their amazing pizza, and awesome customer service! We are a family from Buffalo so it’s hard to come by a pizza spot my fiancé and the kids enjoy. We’ve tried many spots in the Albany area and just haven’t found anything that they liked. But when we all sat down in the dining area and I seen their faces light up on that first bite I was very happy. They Loved it! I love it! He does Amazing Gluten Free pies! I’ve had the regular cheese and pep first time and it was just so damn good, second time was the BBQ Chicken pizza and again so freakin good. I can’t recommend this spot enough! The wood fired pizzas are excellent and I also ordered extra crispy BBQ wings and they were excellent! You can really feel their passion for the food and the customer service as soon as you walk in the door. Really awesome spot and we will be back frequently! Probably be on a first name basis soon

Everything about the pizza was perfect. The crust, the sauce, the toppings, all of it. Cant wait to go back!

I used the online ordering because the phone was busy. It was ready on time and well packaged. We put in for pickup but we ended up sitting outside. As you will see in the photos, there is an adorable inside restaurant space and outdoor patio! In addition, new and very clean restrooms.

It was a lot closer to East Greenbush than I thought, just off 9/20. Plenty of parking.

Pizza was wood fired. I asked for half onions and they got it right 🙂 Crust was terrific. Ingredients fresh. Middle of the pizza was a little squishy and the garlic knots were kinda plain, but these would be my only bits of criticism. Even my salad was fresh.

I really enjoyed the gluten free pepperoni pizza. It’s hard to find a decent GF pizza and this one was great. We also ordered wings, which weren’t 10/10 but I’ll give an 8/10 because they could’ve been crispier. Staff was really kind. Prices are very reasonable. Will return!

My wife and I are pizza fanatics who are always in search of new pizza experience. Took a drive to Schodack from Columbia County this weekend to try out Pizza Trails. We were not disappointed. Happy to say that Pizza Trails has earned a spot on our pizza tour rotation.
2024 UPDATE….returned this weekend to dine indoors this time after previously taking out our order. Happy to find the addition of comfortable spacious booths in the back room. Ordered the 10 cut square pizza this time around. Excellent pizza as well as a tasty garden salad. Plenty to take home for our Saturday night snack ! Very reasonable pricing, fast friendly service and most importantly an enjoyable product. Worth the drive there. We will return for sure.
