Got food tonight and got a combo, small chili and baconator and I do not recommend. First off the bun on both burgers are hard, second why was I given a kid size fry considering thethe prices you charge, the tiny piece of lettuce I was lucky to get, absolutely ridiculous.

Q I stop at this location on my trips from Ohio to NC. I usually get good service. Not this past Saturday in the afternoon. Customers ahead of me and three behind. Employees would not even acknowledge us. Family in front had two small children who were very tired of waiting. After 20 minutes I left.

Good service by friendly employees. Ghost pepper chicken sandwich was good and had some heat. Fries came out slightly above room temperature and were over-salted, but that seems the norm in WV fast food places. Drink machine showed that about 80% of the drinks choices were unavailable.

This was the most miserable experience I’ve had with fast food in a long time. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru line before placing my order, they got my order wrong while taking it, but eventually got it corrected. I paid, then got parked past the the drive thru and waited another 20 minutes. Which is its own problem, but the reason I am actually posting this review is because the guy who brought my order to the car after all that time just stared at me in silence. No hello. No “sorry for the wait.” Not even confirming the order he’d brought out, he just shoved a brown bag in my face and walked away. All I ordered was four chicken tenders, omg. Meanwhile, I had livestock out after dark and groceries thawing in the car because of how long I was stuck waiting, then didn’t even get baseline customer service. I will definitely not be back.

The staff here have always been absolutely wonderful to me, from management down to trainee. It is the BEST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to and not sporadically.

Pitiful! It started with having to stand at the counter to order for quite a while, as there was no cashier until she sauntered out from the back. Then, no greeting, and NO smile, ever. Just, good ol’ surly attitude. Sheesh.
I ordered a #3 egg, bacon, and Swiss on a roll. Now Wendy’s is like the Micky D’s joint…..tiny, tiny sandwich. The bun shrunk, there was less than one piece of bacon, and the egg….WHAT??? It was the size of a quail egg! If I didn’t know better, it was just half of an egg. I ended up throwing a good portion of the bread away (see the picture). Really pitiful how it’s all about profits. Now, it’s majorly less food and higher costs. It’s time to scratch Wendy’s off my list, just like McD’s. No more. It’s a waste. Save your money and try our local biscuit places. No mas for me.

Quick stop – quick service – order was correct – fries hot – potato and chili + frosty + double burger made to order – good choice as we are pulling a trailer – room on the side street next to the hotel. Back on 77 quickly too!

Hit or miss. When it’s right, it’s great.. but at least half the time the orders completely wrong, sloppy, and just generally bad. Roll the dice man, you might win though
