Me and my family have been coming here for over a year and had no issues at all until today. I don’t know if there’s new management or what but it was god awful. I got the promo hot chicken coleslaw sandwich and for some reason they put the coleslaw in the bottom which turned the bottom bun to mush. The chicken was hard as a rock and dry as death and cut into 4 tiny pieces and had none of the special hot honey sauce that it said it comes with. The waitress was rushing us because she gave us our check when my wife was still eating and my son was too. So we paid and we’re getting ready to leave. Then my wife pulled a hair out of her stuffed hashbrowns and almost threw up at the table. Never once did we get an apology. Never once did we feel like our complaints were addressed. Instead we were told there was nothing they could do and the waitress gave us a big attitude when we weren’t happy with that result. Avoid this place until a new manager is hired. This makes me very angry because we love Huddle House and this is the first time we’ve ever had an issue. The situation was handled very poorly by the staff and management. They acted like we were trying to get free food. We would’ve gladly paid for my son’s food of which we had no problem with and our drinks but wanted mine and my wife’s food removed. The management should be replaced here.

We like to go here. But they are short on staff. And the quakers like to complain in front of the costumers. I understand being short handed is difficult on the ones that do come to work. But you should always keep a smile on your face for the people who eat here. I believe in good customer service. It means a lot for any business.

This place was awesome in every way! Place was clean and inviting. Service was great, and the manager personally came out and checked out the guest and was super friendly. Food was top notch and came out hot! My only complaint would be that they aren’t open later. I mentioned this to the manager before leaving and she said they were in the process of getting that sorted out! I will definitely be attending again! Thanks Diane and Cindy for a wonderful experience and thanks to the cooks in the back!

Ordered a steak egg and cheese omelet with cheese grits and once my husband went in to pick my food up the young lady had made a steak and cheeses sandwich. When my husband tried to tell her that I don’t eat bread it was supposed to be a breakfast omelet she was so rude to him and won’t simply say sorry I can get the order right!! Instead she argued with him! Then he came out and told me to go in and when I tried to talk to her she was very nasty and rude saying yes you did order this sandwich!! Still I had to ask her 3 times was she going to go back and tell the cook it was wrong! She grabbed the bag and didn’t say she would get it corrected and left us standing there!!! I even tried to tell her there was another order in the as well but she went right on as if I was not even important!!! She started serving other people like we weren’t even there!! She never came back to help us so I told my son let’s go after standing almost 25 mins. Then once we walked out to go her and the cook came back up front looking out the window watching us leave!!!! This young blonde headed girl needs to be fired on the spot!!! We had just gotten off work around 7: 30 p.m. I will NEVER GO BACK!!!! THAT WAS A HORRIBLE AND EMBARRASSING EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Order a bit missed up, but corrected without too much hassle. Great server, we’ve had her before and really like her. Our only complaint was the bathroom doors were propped open & we could hear EVERYTHING going on in there…thank goodness no odors from the vomiting and bowel movements floated out. Please close the doors, I don’t want to hear people vomiting and pooping while I’m eating
