Very friendly when greeted at the door. I did a pick up of Pho as I wasn’t feeling great. The Pho was fresh, great portions for left overs and was absolutely delicious! 10/10. I will be back for more! So happy to have variety of foods in town. Great job!!
(Another review made mention of the smell I can say it was present when it was the previous business. Not now, it was refreshing!). Also be mindful that this is on the main drag of town, parking is the same for all the businesses there.

I don’t recall ever having Vietnamese food, my son talked me into going to Pho Viet 99.
I’m glad he did, the food was very good.
I had the shrimp fresh rolls to start, they came with a tasty dipping sauce.
My main course was the house special rice stir fry, vegetables and chicken/pork, very good as well.
Not really a dessert menu so I had a mango smoothie with tapioca.
Great way to finish off a meal, I quite enjoyed it.
The meal also came with a nice pot of tea.
The service was excellent and the prices are reasonable.
I will come back for another meal.

Great customer service and speed on a very busy Friday night! We ordered the spring rolls, grilled pork chop and egg, the house special and a taro smoothie. Everything came fresh in minutes. The pho broth was light but had a very rich and deep flavour. We also enjoyed their tea.

Sorry for this review but i feel as though i must be honest. I am stunned at how high this place is reviewed (seems impossible in fact) Once again sorry to management i know they will write a paragraph on how wrong i am but i have tons of reviews here and these reviews help me on where to go. First of all, the place is a hole int he wall (which is fine) but there is a bad smell. The front who took my order was very very friendly to help me buy, but my to go container had no spoon, fork, hot sauce, nothing. The place is extremely over priced. This meal is not $20, it is totally not worth it. The noodles were cooked in burnt oil, there was no flavor to the meal in general and they show no care in preparation. Way better options in the area like China Garden (or anywhere else for that matter). i will never go back and im glad i didn’t leave a tip.

My sister and our friend decided to try Pho Viet 99 tonight, and I’m so glad we did. I’ll be honest — I have pretty high expectations when it comes to authentic food, and a lot of places in the area haven’t impressed me. But this place completely exceeded everything I hoped for.
From the moment we walked in, the service was fantastic. Our server, T, was friendly, attentive, and genuinely honest when we asked questions about the menu. That level of transparency and care made our experience even better.
We ordered the spring rolls, wontons, seafood pho, and the house special — and every single dish was fresh, flavourful, and absolutely delicious. The broth was rich and comforting, the ingredients tasted high-quality, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, making the whole meal even more enjoyable.

I usually rate places harshly. I can’t find anything to complain about here. A real hidden gem. My daughter and I stumbled on this place by chance while looking for a place to eat. She said it’s the best Pho she’s had (and she’s had a lot). I went with a spicy soup. Dynamite!!! Not too crowded. Reasonably priced. Friendly, fast service. Found parking no problem (5pm Saturday). An all round great dining experience. Definitely returning.

Stumbled upon this pho joint for lunch during our kids dance competition in the area. We were pleasantly surprised that food and drinks were up to par with other pho restaurants in GTA. We were a group of 20+ people and the restaurant was very accommodating by giving us a semi-private area to ourselves and even allowed us to move tables and chairs so we can sit together.
We ordered a number of different soup/noodle bowls, appetizers, coffees and other drinks, all were fresh and tasty. Deep fried chicken wings was exceptional, spring rolls and fresh rolls were good as well. Noodle quantity was a little smaller in portion compares to other restaurants, meat portion was plentiful though. Only thing I found was soup was less intensely flavoured to my liking but overall a very good meal.
