Before I came here I read the reviews, the others are not wrong. Main employee seems to be on auto pilot. She seems that she doesn’t like to make sandwiches. No music playing in the speakers like any other subway I’ve walked into. Another employee on their phone with whatever app they are using blasting out loud and Scrolling through the app with new noises from employees phone constantly happening. I noticed I needed some napkins with this messy meatball marinara so I went to counter and asked and got rudely told that they are in the bag. And I rudely responded you didn’t give me a bag. Then she looked over to the table that I chose to sit at to make sure I didn’t have a bag like i was lying about not having napkins. On top of that she Didn’t apologize just grabbed some napkins and handed them to me. Not one smile not one welcome in just looked at me and waited for me to say what I wanted. And now while im writing this review while sitting inside I’ve also noticed the subway curbside zone signs sitting in the store and not in designated parking spots so employees just lazy. Then on top of all of that they have such bad reviews they are trying to recover by putting at the bottom of your total on the receipt l. To please leave us a 5 star review on Google so thats what led me to leave this terrible review DO BETTER. Not coming back to this location. Other 5 star reviews at this location is probably some family members just my opinion

I checked with subway on how many pieces of meat and cheese is supposed to be in there BMT foot long and found out it’s suppose to be 6 slices of each of the three meats and 6slices of cheese this place shorts you a total of 6slices of meat and 2slices of cheese so for every three they make they get one extra one free
What a rip off of the public I’ll never go there again think they should be reported to the BBB and Subway corporate office

Coming here for years. Best subway award goes to this JEET. ALWAYS the best subway out of all of them. She’s never shy to put food on your plate. Super nice lady super nice staff always clean positive vibes. 10/10 would recommend.

Ordered online 8pm order was processed and taken from our bank, Subway worker canceled our order around 8:05pm. We drove to store to find out what was going on and found this lovely sign of them closing early. They laughed at my husband who walked up to the door but paused after seeing the sign. Very unprofessional, very disrespectful and disappointing.

I had the Vegetable Delite Burger here and it was absolutely amazing! The vegetables were super fresh, the taste was spot on, and everything was put together with care. The customer service was fantastic friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
I’ve had the same item from other Subway locations in Tracy, but honestly, they don’t come close. The freshness, flavor, and service here are on another level. This is by far the best Subway in town, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is the 3rd time going to this subway and honestly I’m starting feel like I’m not welcome in the store for some reason. Everytime I have entered this location a tall lady will be sitting at a table on her phone and doesn’t even get up promptly to serve the customers then she starts yelling to the other workers in her native language. Kinda makes you feel like they are talking about you. Then when they finally decide to speak to you and take your order super dry and didn’t put ant effort into making my sandwich how i wanted it. And instead of using a knife like usual to tuck in my ingredients she just mashed with her fingers. I Can’t stand rude people for no reason and funny they where polite to others who were in there after me. #MBABT

I’ve been here a couple of times already, the first few times everyone was nice and friendly but when I started using a coupon everything changed!!! I went back yesterday with another coupon and an older lady told me she couldn’t sell me the # sandwich that I wanted because for some reason now I could only “build my own” with the coupon which makes no sense because NO WHERE in the coupon it specifies what I can get or not! And the day before I had used one with no restrictions! It’s ridiculous if you don’t like loosing money then don’t send coupons out simple as that….
