I visited this location on Saturday, January 10th and Sunday, January 11th. Let me tell you why I gave this place 5 stars. Jada and Roxie respectively were very efficient, kind, and professional, with just the right personality that will bring me back. They were helpful with my order, understanding that I wanted more ice than drink, because I LOVE the ice, and they had the attitude that they were happy to serve, and cared that I got what I ordered. My food (2 corndogs and cheese sticks) were hot and fresh. I received the mustard and ranch I asked for, AND NAPKINS, which some places seem to forget at times. Thank you both for making this trip worth 2 stops.

This has got to be the worst sonic I have ever eaten at! Messed up every item besides the onion rings! Need to close this one down! Come on owners! Never again! Beware!

Some of the stalls are inoperable and have been for a long time and there is no signage as to which ones are not working. I would think this is a very easy fix, but convenience and ease of service don’t seem to be a priority for this establishment. Kind of backward for a fast-food restaurant.

Once again we received the wrong order. We did not realize it until after we got home. Wasn’t even worth driving back up there. Lesson learned. And complaining to Sonic doesn’t help. They will not do anything about it!!

Okay, gave this Sonic another try and was so disgusted by what the served me I am done. My breakfast order was a Super Sonic breakfast burrito without jalepeno. The tortilla was ice cold the little dab of egg was cold, the few pieces of sausage were hard and cold. Tater tots (3), cold. There were so many onions I had to remove most of them, two “slices” of tomato and a tiny spot of cheese. All slapped together in that cold tortilla which was far from being a burrito, just folded over. I will be driving across town to Jack in the Box from now on. Sorry guys, but enough is enough at your prices you need some training.
