Honestly my worst experience with a business ever. I called, and asked about deals. I was told that their was a 2 large 1 topping pizzas for about $21. I said “cool, ill do that, with bacon on both please” It took over an hour for the pizza to even arrive, and once it did? lo and behold they only sent one pizza. I called them to find out what had happened, and was told that they only charged me for one pizza. Okay, whatever. Mistakes happen right? I was told that I would be charged the difference for the deal and they would send me the pizza as soon as possible. I said okay and hung up. the delivery driver left, who I still tipped by the way, and I then called back to double check that they wouldn’t charge me delivery again, since it was their mistake. I was told “no no of course not” Okay, all seems cool, right? wrong. because, once again, an hour passed, and no one has arrived. So I call to find out whats going on this time. Apparently I was told that they would correct the mistake, and then they just completely brushed it away. I was told that they weren’t gunna do it, and then they had the audacity to get mad at me for expecting the mistake to be corrected, despite them having told me twice it would be. If I could leave less then 1 star I would. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business anywhere. I believe the boss and owners exact words were “I’m not going to effing do it”. absolutely horrid customer service, and I would not recommend ever going here, especially if its for delivery.

Ordered two large pizzas and one SMALL calzone, $50!!!!!? What??? Pickup.
The calzone was absolutely disgusting, chicken was hard and super fatty in it so ended up throwing it away.
No point in calling to say something, the customer service is absolutely awful every time the owner just yells at you like it’s your fault

Got a decent size order today. The pizza was cooked perfectly and the toppings and dough were really fresh. the chicken fingers and the wings were awesome, best chicken fingers Ive had in a while. Their greek pizza was great, we added chicken to it. The chicken parm sub was loaded and I could only eat half. Prices we fair and reasonable, portions were large, and they even gave me a free 2 liter bottle of soda on the house. The kitchen and dining room were clean. Nice people too. Five stars.

I’m originally from a city in New York called Amsterdam, where there is great pizza joints. Lots of Italian restaurants. I moved to Maine in 1993 and had difficulty finding a really good pizza. I found it in Jay. Yanni’s is the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Great pizza!

I’m from Connecticut and know real Italian food this is the real deal. Ignore the low ratings I missed this place for two years due to them. Wish I stopped in sooner. Google ratings don’t mean much up here just have to try it to know if it’s good!

Best french fries I’ve had in a very long time. Fresh, a little crisp, and soft…didn’t use a drop of ketchup; they were that good. Had the steak bomb sub which was very good, too. It’ll be the fries that bring me back around.

Went to Yianni’s tonight ordered a large bacon pizza got handed a small. When I said we ordered a large he argued with me and told me that I ordered a small. Never offered to make another handed me the small said 9 dollars. Very rude. Poor customer service. Live down the street and will drive to my dads place further in jay from now on.

I have been a long time customer of Yiannis. I got an order 3 weeks ago delivered that was 45 minutes late and cold (like it just came out of the fridge) I’m not one to complain but call and let the owner know of my concerns. He said “ill give you discount next time) I tried to order last night thinking if get a little deal…He said NO…I understand things happen, but the gentleman was rude and didn’t seem to care of my long time patronage. Ill never eat there again…food isn’t that good anyways

Amazing food the owners are very friendly along with the staff. Food is cook perfectly every time. The delivery is timed well food is hot when they get to me. Prices are reasonable. Over all i give the place 5 out of 5 stars will defently come back!
