Went to the drive through and ordered a single chicken little. When I got to work and took a bite I discovered that it had mold on it. Never eating here again!!!

They say their lobby is open till 9 but was locked right by 8 on 2/14/26 wired in the drive thru for 10 minutes while the employees were wandering around and had looked at us in the drive thru multiple times just for them to be rude about a pickup order. To top that off have personally eaten here only a couple of times and have gotten food poisoning everytime I would 100% stay away from this joint if at all possible. So many better options in Kato

Rude service 45 minutes. Missing an order of fries and bbq sauce. Had to fight to get white meat only meal bc we did not have a coupon for it, bc it is a coupon only option. They apparently dont have honey bbq sandwishes even though it is on the Mankato online menu. Argued over everything and 45 minutes to get the order. Being short staffed is not an excuse to be rude and nasty. It has been years since I went to KFC …thanks for the reminder why.

Took a bout an hour to recieve our mobile order and then it was missing the coleslaw and the condiments. Pretty disappointing. While waiting a hispanic couple came in and one of the employees got pretty upset they couldn’t speak English. There was 3 of is inside waiting about the same amount of time. No efficiency, no urgency, just seemed like no one cared, except for one lady. Who was trying but then Everyone else needed something from her, and she was getting frustrated.
Then it got worse. We got home, the coleslaw, the whole reason for the trip was missing… long story short after being accused of trying to get free food, over 1.5 hours after trying to get food we finally had all of it and the only edible thing was the coleslaw. Not worth the time or the money.

This specific KFC is so run down its insane, there are no lights on the outside of the building except for the ones illuminating the door and the menu so when they tell you to “pull around” to wait for your food, you are practically in pitch black. There is also no signage as to where to pull up, making it extremely confusing. They make you order your sauces at the payment window which just adds to the confusion, but I feel bad for the workers. From what I’ve seen, it seems like they have 1 person cooking and 1 person handling the register. If a rush comes in, youre screwed. Corporate has definitely said “deal with it”. Needs a revamp immediately.

This place is awful. The service time is unacceptable. There are many employees standing around being clowns in the back while the rest try to do all the work. Even after waiting 20 minutes, the only thing fresh was the biscuit. The rest was cold and crusty. Strive to be more like faribault KFC.

What a slum hole!!! 6 people waiting for orders and taking 30+ mins to get there food. People waiting at the register not even being acknowledged. 3 employees just walking around doing nothing. Don’t eat here, don’t waste your money or time.
