We came by a couple weeks ago. Service was outstanding! I can’t remember the waiters name but he was on top of getting us taken care of. Food got to our table quick! I was very surprised. Thank you guys for amazing food service!

Not going to lie, I don’t think I’ll be going back to TJ’s in Knob Noster after today.
I called four days in advance to let them know we would have a party of 20 on Sunday and requested the back room so the kids could play without disturbing anyone. I was told that wouldn’t be a problem and that they’d see us Sunday.
When our party arrived after church to celebrate my son’s baptism, we were seated at a long table in the front room. I asked about the back room and was told we couldn’t go back there because it was “still dirty.” We said okay and sat down.
Less than 10 minutes later, the ceiling started dripping heavily—onto our table, our food, and onto us. I went to ask if we could move to the back room and was told the ceiling was not dripping into our food or onto my family, even though I had just watched it happen. My husband eventually had to step in and explain that this was unacceptable.
Up until this point, we were very understanding, but the staff was incredibly rude and insisted we were wrong. They eventually moved us to the back room only after I said we would leave with our entire party.
To make matters worse, one of the employees shoulder-checked my friend while she was carrying two babies who were already upset.
It was extremely embarrassing to have our family and guests experience this, especially during what was supposed to be a meaningful celebration. I’m very disappointed. We have eaten here many times, but this experience was completely unprofessional and has cost them a customer. It was some of the worst service I’ve had in a long time.

I’ve been to plenty of Mexican restaurants and coming from a Mexican I can honestly say this was not an Authentic Mexican restaurant. Nothing about this place was authentic. The flour tortillas & corn tortillas tasted as if they came from a bag. And that was very disappointing. And the carne asada had no flavor and overall tasted bland. And the carnitas was so dry I didn’t even eat my plate. And when going to a “authentic Mexican restaurant” you should at least have your own green chile and red chile and not from a bottle. Over all very distasteful place and complete waste of money. The customer service was awful and our waiter seemed to always be in a rush. Over all will never go back to this place.

Love everything I’ve had here! I had the beef and shrimp fajitas. My husband had the Tequila Jalisco meal which was delicious! Everything was fresh and delicious and served quickly!

We go here very often and it’s always better than the last. They handle large parties amazingly well and the food is always hot, fresh, and good. Margaritas are always a must too! With so many flavors to choose from.

We love this place. The service was excellent. We weren’t there not even 5 minutes and we had our drinks and chips. We had our food within 15 minutes of being sat down. The food was amazing.

This restaurant is pretty good. Food was good, service was good. Environment is nice,apparently it’s a great place for large groups, if you enjoy good food. The chips were ok, crisp, and hot but a bit too thick for my tastes. There’s a lot of room here. Parking lot was very crowded. All around decent place to eat.
But if you’re like me and like great Mexican food and smaller Environment with exceptional booths furniture,good service, always hot, crispy,and thin chips with the best Mexican food in my opinion in the area,including Knob, and all of Sedalia. My only suggestion is El Rodeo. Try it and comment what you think!

Good, average mexican restaurant. Dishes could use a bit more seasoning, not to make them hot but just up the flavor a notch. That said, would eat there again. Server was very attentive to our party of six.
