I was there for 30 there was only 2 other people in the building and no online orders. I ordered and the two other people ordered. I ordered a flatbread and a smoothie, the other two people ordered around the same thing. Both parties who ordered after me got their stuff say before I did and when I got my food it was wrong. I didnt bother going back in because the people there where rude enough as it is and I didnt want to wait another 30 minutes for a new flatbread. It also took aboit 10 minutes for me to even put in my order cause no one even acknowledged me!! This place has gone down hill with their service im very disappointed. This is a reoccurring experience every time I go, staff being rude, wait times are horrible, and orders always being wrong. I don’t suggest going! I suggest just getting ingredients and making stuff yourself cause its ridiculous.

I’ve been to 4 locations and today we tried Tilton. Can’t explain how disappointing it was. I ordered the Island Green and the Peanut Butter Cup. The Island Green was full of chuncks and the greens weren’t blended. Nothing like walking around with leafs in your teeth while shopping. The PB Cup lacked Peanut butter. Looks like I’ll stick with the other locations

We loved coming here to grab smoothies on weekdays and weekends but the wait time has become insane if you place orders at the counter because they are processing online orders now. Buyer beware that you will be waiting a very long time for your smoothies. We ordered 25 minutes ago and they haven’t even started our order and I just keep watching online orders come in on the ticket machine.

Great Trop! Their service is topnotch and food is delicious. I did have a small issue with their online ordering and the order being inaccurate a few times. However, I addressed it and they took care of it immediately and with a smile:) Highly recommend the Trop in Tilton!

I came here to get breakfast and was quite disappointed that I wasn’t able to order anything because, they’re systems were down. I was notified by the lady that if I had the app I could place an order, spent 40 minutes trying to place the order multiple times on the app and through their website but I wasn’t able to place my order at all. So I walked out with wasted time and just disappointment.

They have something against no coconut orders. First time we were there they didn’t acknowledge customers waiting in line so we had to order online to be acknowledged. Both times we asked for no coconut and they still put it on some of the orders. Will not be going back. Would rather travel to playa bowls an hour away!
