S all the time when I stop by to this place, that was my third time I got very frustrated. I wait a lot of of the line to get my order .. in every time the order is not correct today I got a hot caramel latte The guy he just added the caramel after someone left a coffee behind! And I also asked for hash brown load that was coming very cold and almost burned! There is only one people working over there. I’ve been going to this Dunkin’s for a year since moving to Milford. It’s close to home but today was it! This location sucks so bad. I ordered a large expecting a good cup of my chai latte and they can’t even do that. The food is either uncooked or overcooked no in between. Drinks taste like garbage water and I’m frankly sick of this location. They need new employees!!!!!!! I only come since it’s close to home and on my way to work and drop off for school. Imagine having your morning ruined over something you and your kids are looking forward to. I’ve worked at Dunkin’s and it’s really not that hard to give customers good quality food. Then when you ask them to correct it they have a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. Judy will find a new location around the area. These people are ridiculous

I don’t recommend this particular branch because the staff are indifferent and make you wait unnecessarily while they chat. When you ask about your order, they say it’s not ready and start preparing drive-thru orders before returning to yours. It took 40 minutes to prepare two cups of coffee, even though I was the only one there and I had to wait because it wasn’t for me; I was getting it for someone else.

Watch the employees and count your change. Employee gave me half my change and put the rest into the tip cup. Not only stealing in the workplace, but stealing from customers is totally unacceptable.

Was going through the drive thru today. The person that handed me my coffee did not put the lid on tight enough. My coffee spilled on me and the inside of my car. The coffee burnt my leg and it still hurts. Train your staff better!!!

I love this location. I come all the time and they are so friendly nice and quick. Just like anyone else they make mistakes but what makes them different is how quickly they are accountable and fix it. I have also made mistakes making my order and they are more than accommodating. As they are all wonderful. Brittney is always so friendly and professional. I have had the pleasure of her assistance in store and at the window! Im the crazy lady always asking for a straw for my hot coffee!! And the bling’d steering wheel

Long waiting time. Literally 20 minutes with only two people in front of me. I get to the register finally to have them help the customers behind me before me… Like I was invisible? They didn’t have anything at all for food left. They burnt both the food items I ended up settling for and only remade one. It was a really bad experience. I was very close to just leaving and not even ordering anything at all after that. Also the lady at the register doesn’t know how to speak to customers, very rude. You don’t ask, “What do you want?”

My coffee is made incorrect almost every morning. The staff is rude and has poor attitude. I’m convinced they don’t know how to make the iced coffee, because even on the rare chance my coffee is made right, it always tastes bad. It is time I give up on this Dunkin and go elsewhere.

I ordered 2 ice coffees .. very simple order. the young man that waited on us ( shift leader Ryan) when i asked to please put coffees in a tray for travel. He was evidently disturbed by my asking and slammed the coffees down into the tray and handed them out the window.. with not so much as a have a nice day or a here you go!!!! Very rude and upsetting for me as a frequent customer of dunkins!!!!!! 🙁
