This is the limited time mini taco salad.
It was a 10:30pm order, yeah it’s late but I worked Del Taco in South Jordan late nights and our beans were never this dry and disgusting. They just taste old like I got the top layer of something that was sitting without being stirred for an hour plus.
I ordered sour cream to replace my chipotle sauce, so you know an up charge and barely got any.
Also.. just want to mention I scoped out so much bean, there was hardly any other ingredients, like where the hell is even a little beef?
Pictures do not do perspective justice my mini taco shell was packed with beans.
Just a little feedback,
1. If you’re going to up-charge for sour cream you don’t need to overload it but can I at least get around a ramekin size?
2. Stir your ingredients every 15 mins to keep bacteria off the surface
3. If you have a bad batch of dry beans then don’t use it as the main ingredient
4. Use more lettuce, tomatoes and beef to a generous consistency to balance out this item.
I was actually excited to have something like this and I’m really disappointed. I didn’t eat it so thanks, we will not be eating at your location for a long time, maybe never.
I know you’re just a “Taco Bell” but take some pride even if the shipped in ingredients/menu all together is crap and you use a sauce to hide how not great it truly is. Haha

Every single order for the last few months, has been wrong and very frequently, the staff miss-label the boxes or totally mix up what’s in them. Tonight is no different. I just ordered a “create your own box” and I got the Crunchwrap without sour cream, potato taco and fiesta potatoes without sour cream. What I got was not even close tonight. Wasn’t even a box meal. Every time I come to the Taco Bell in eagle mountain I’ve been disappointed, rather it be the food looking like it was made by a toddler, the lobby being FILTHY and employees just standing around in the back, or the lack of correct portion sizing. I payed 49 cents for a side of creamy jalepeno sauce and this is what I get… management needs to do something about it cause I’m boycotting it for a while now.

I don’t know how they do it, but they get my order correct, and done quickly EVERY single time. I have been regularly coming through the drive-thru in the evenings and whoever works the window is very friendly with me. I appreciate that. Makes me feel not as ashamed to come here so much.
The kitchen needs more credit too. They have never messed up my order, not even once. Very cool night staff here!

My husband and I love taco bell. It’s our favorite cheat meal. That being said, the last FIVE times we’ve been to this specific location, the food and service have been significantly worse than normal.
Tonight we ordered a steak burrito (with two pieces of steak in it?) and a Crunchwrap (with the shell so soggy my husband rolled the entire thing up into a burrito).

Started out great. Still can be. You really need to check your food while sitting at the window. Go through every bag. Try every drink because drinks lately are wrong or syrup was out and they just kept using that flavor. Missing food is huge. And little or missing chips, crisps are usual.

I placed a delivery order at this location to have a good new years to end up being utterly disappointed. My order is completely wrong and I got a ton of items I didnt pay for and I’m missing a lot of items I actually paid for. I open the bags to see the food covered in greasy cheese. I’m completely missing a deluxe box that costed $10+. Completely ridiculous. I tried to call the store and no one answered. Taco Bell has never done me so dirty.

My family went to this Taco Bell restaurant at 550pm today and the male employee working the drive thru window was mean, had a nasty character, and shoved the food out the window forcefully without considering it might fall when handing it all at once to the driver. I have multiple family members that live in eagle mountain that go to this establishment. Maybe we can try it again next year with a different employee.

It’s Taco Bell. You already know the menu. The self-service kiosks mean you and your questionable late-night decisions are left alone.
Where this Taco Bell truly distinguishes itself from the rest of the Bell-verse is speed and cleanliness. The place runs like a well-oiled nacho machine. Orders come out fast, the floors don’t crunch when you walk, and nothing looks like it’s survived three separate food fights.
Best of all, it still has that “new car smell”—you know, the rare Taco Bell aroma where you’re not immediately haunted by the ghosts of tacos past. Everything looks clean, organized, and suspiciously well put together.
If all Taco Bells are the same, this one is the same… but on its best behavior. Would taco again. This Taco Bell is the reason why in the future Taco Bell wins the restaurant wars.

Food good staff was good. But I can’t get over the fact that there is a lady inside taking business phonecalls for the business in the lobby being rude as hell to a distributor. I get it. Don’t preach people need to do their jobs better and slow down and things like that when you as I’m assuming a manger should know when and where and time and place things like this should be had. Not in a lobby full of kids and other patrons. Gross behavior
