Came in with my girlfriend to get some ice cream, there were two employees talking to each other behind the counter however neither of them attended to us for about 5 minutes. Then when our order was taken by a very unpleasant “Mari” she went about doing it very rudely as if it was not the job she was hired to do? No tip. 1 star, sub par service at best.

Hands down the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had anywhere! 08/18/2025, just before 7pm, there was another family in at the same time as ours. They had a nonverbal, autistic son that was overwhelmed and doing his best to self-soothe. The male employee completely gave up on helping them, after being impatient and rude. The attempts to help this family were bare minimum and obvious that they were just trying to get them out of the door. The family paid and left, and then we paid for our order. After we were done paying, the staff went into the back and started laughing and making fun of the young child.

I get having difficult customers, but this customer wasn’t being difficult because they’re a run-of-the mill jerk. Neither the child nor the mother intended nor could help what happened. I get having young employees, but a young person in a customer-facing role should absolutely follow the expectation of, not only good customer service, but just being a good human in general.

I’m making a complaint directly to corporate, as well.

I had the worst experience I ever had at a Cold Stone, and I’ve come here regularly. I understand it’s the summer and there are teens working, but I have never been dumbfounded by responses and seen such carelessness with my order. I ordered the smallest size in a waffle bowl with 3 mixes. When it was handed to me at the register I looked down to see a dab of caramel, a sprinkle of chocolate chips, and half a piece of a graham cracker. All of which were not mixed-in, and the girl that took my order gave me a waffle bowl either with a broken bottom or just pushed the ice cream through it. I don’t normally pay in cash but I did and there was no cash at that register so they were doing a lot of running around, completely disorganized, having to look for change for people. I asked for more chocolate chips and caramel since there was literally nothing in my ice cream, the girl finishing ringing me up waved a girl over and explained I wanted more so the girl held my cup and looked at me and asked “Why?”. I said I didn’t get enough pointing at the ice cream and picked up the waffle bowl to show that there was either no bottom or it was already punctured, and she said I had to pay for more than.

I had waited 10 minutes in a long-line and I didn’t want to argue or cause them anymore distress after all that time. When she came back my entire bowl of ice cream was drenched in caramel and a few more chocolate chips were added, and I didn’t get another waffle bowl. I paid an extra $2 for something I already paid for and because they kept having to run around for change I didn’t want to waste the time of other customers that were waiting to get back 10 cents; additionally, I never received a receipt, not offered one, and did not see one printed so I have no order or transaction #, or card information stored on the store’s end to validate my purchase to ask for a refund.

Kinda sucks splurge on ice cream on a hot summer Saturday night only to have teenagers with an attitude, and laziness to skimp my order…

Shop a local shop instead. Not very family friendly. No play space. We popped off the interstate. It was just OK ice cream, expensive, employees were stressed with the line and mischarged us, hassled me for my email address for coupons, weren’t very friendly to the 8 kids we brought. Umm, it is an ice cream shop so kids are part of the deal. The last straw was no changing stations in the bathroom. Again, kid place right? Get a changing station so my wife isn’t changing a diaper on the sidewalk out front.

I love stopping any Cold Stone. It is one of our all-time favorites. The first time I ever went to one was on my honeymoon in Virginia. I got coffee with gummy bears and cookie dough. 18 years later and I’ve gotten the same thing every time I’ve gone and we’ve probably been to 30 different Cold Stone creamerys around the US. This one is right up there. In the top of them. It was very clean Even in the bathrooms.. Well run and the people behind the counter had a good smile. Very happy all around. On our way to Nebraska for the weekend. The two of us really had a lot of fun here. Thanks for the memories

Only few variety of ice cream taste good. But they are good at mixing your ice cream with favorite toppings especially the fruit toppings such as mango & strawberry.
They sometimes have offers on ice cream pints as well which makes it worth the price .
It is a small cozy place.
The staff is good!!

Had such a poor experience that I didn’t even pick up the ice cream i paid for online. Employee very rudely said that they had been too busy to make online orders and turned away. So Skip the Line only works when there’s no line? Store was packed with social distancing not being followed in the line and not all customers in masks despite signage. I just left since she gave me no indication that my ice cream would be prepared and had to tell my daughter that her treat after two days without power wouldn’t happen. I never leave these reviews but honestly was so disappointed in how i was treated.
