Just like the other reviews – terrible customer service and lack of cleanliness ! The “manager” was cleaning the leftover lettuce /toppings off the the station and topped the dirty toppings in the bins again!! Disgusting! Then they didnt want to a honor a coupon they acknowledged after making the sub! the manager said the sub wont go to waste!!! what the heck! So glad I walked out and now im waiting for a call back from corporate! First & Last time at this location.

Welcome to Rivertown Jersey Mikes! We visited after they had been open a week and it was hopping!!! Located in the Rivertown Publix place with plenty of parking. Small inside with a few high tops but also has an outside area too. Plenty of friendly staff, subs were expedited quickly. Bread was fresh and soft with that just right chewy outer crusts. And the meats shaved in front of you with plenty of condiments to choose from. Enjoy assorted chips and Pepsi products. A stones throw from Bartram high, very close to Swiss Point, Creekside High, Veterans Park, Aberdeen softball field and Durbin Baseball. Call ahead or even choose from the catering options… Subs by Box, Subs, by Bag or personal boxed lunches.

I don’t think whoever made my sub had worked at a fast food place before. She was extremely rude when I asked for another piece of bread that wasn’t smushed or brown (too hard to enjoy) and she didn’t put enough meat or cheese on it. I’ve worked at jersey mikes before and she put probably 6 slices on a giant sub. The person who put all the topping had acted like they’ve never done it before. Both of the girls that were there were rude and weren’t welcoming at all. I’ve door dashed from here before and every time my bread is so hard and it’s gross. I don’t recommend this jersey mikes.

A few weeks ago I ordered three sandwiches onthe online app as we usually do on a Friday night. We ordered three tuna sandwiches one with cheese and all with lettuce, tomato, and onion. I picked up the sandwiches at my scheduled time. When I got home all the sandwiches were soggy and had the one had no cheese and mine had no lettuce tomato or onion and neither did the rest . I called the store and I told them I wanted a refund and they said ok well three weeks have past and no refund I called up again and the person was rude hung up on me and I called back and supposedly spoke to a manager and he said we don’t wear name tags and refused to give me his name . I took it a step further and called the corporate office and spoke to a lady named Janet she offered points but just for principle I want my money back. Istil have no refund. The next step is to call my credit card company because this is ridiculous. I have NEVER dealt with a more unprofessional common my life. I called my credit card company and they said they saw the refund. Even though I got the refund that is not the point you do not treat your customers who keep you in business like garbage and you certainly do not hang up on them or refuse to give your name. Maybe they need to clean house and hire people who care about giving good customer service

We haven’t been here in years so we went today. My opinion hasn’t changed. One step above Subway which is garbage. WaWa, Jimmy Johns, Publix, in that order, is a much better option.

The chicken salad as a wrap was a disgrace. The wrap had been sliced for some reason and was just a complete mess. No way could you actually pick it up as a wrap. Just horrible. Got it through Uber eats so no opportunity to show mgmt.
