Love this place! They have so many options (especially for seafood and vegaterians), and your table can have 3 or 6 broths depending on the group size. I actually prefer this place over Hot Pot City, though they are both great. You get full control to order food by using the iPad, and the food comes really quickly with the cute robots.

First time having hot pot. They give my wife and I a menu and a tablet to place an order directly to the kitchen and there are lots of choices plus there is a bar of Asian sauces, condiments ( pickled radish, cucumber and Kimchi were delicious) and fresh cut fruits. The Robots bring your food and it arrived quickly which was surprising because a note on the door warns that due to recent events in the Twin Cities service might be slow. Keep in mind that it’s all you can eat in 2 hours. Our mistake was we ordered everything all at once. We had quite a few leftovers and they don’t give you Togo boxes, so take your time and order slowly. William was our server, he was polite, professional and did a good job and suggested next time maybe order the proteins and vegetables then carbs. I think Dragon Pot would be really good for parties and family sharing.
Plus, my who is quite worldly ordered a Kale Citrus beverage that was fricking delish.
What I also think is amazing in this strip mall is there are 4 connecting and amazing cafes and bakeries. Please check all of them out.
I’m a retired Executive Chef that grew up in the USA and Europe and traveled all over the world and Dragon Pot gets two thumbs up

An All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) hot pot spot with a 2 hour time limit. Price is extremely reasonable. I believe it was about $35 per person (in pictures) during lunchtime on a weekend.
Broth quality is excellent! You have choices of regular, spicey and other very flavorful broth. There is a side dish buffet where you can grab sauces and other greens and veggies at your liking. We had 3 different broths; Szechuan Spicey, Original and Japanese Miso. All were quite accurate in flavor and when you bathed your meats and veggies and seafood in the broth, you are welcomed with amazing flavors. The broth gets high praise here but spicey isn’t too spicey. It’s got a good kick but it will not satisfy those who are looking for extreme heat.
The selection of meat, veggies, seafood and marinated meats are excellent. The amount of meats given to you is great and just enough to fulfill your first round to try other selections.
Seating was great and service was solid. We got our waters filled and extra napkins with a simple request.
Overall, a great hot pot in the location. If you’re craving hot pot after the Mall of America, come here.

Undeniably filling. It’s warms your soul on a frigid -2 degree Minnesota day. Our server was extremely nice, and always helped us when we needed. This is the first place I’ve seen outside of Asia with the server robots. Would recommend. It’s also not a bad price for hot pot.

Food was absolutely delicious! Service was wonderful too (especially from our robot server). IMO, the best hot pot in town – especially on a cold winter day!

Reasonable price with attentive staffs. Private room available. Pay before seating and Limited 2 hours with all you can eat hotpot style. Placed orders on digital platforms/tablet and delivered by bots. Variety selection of meats, seafood, vegetables, and other hotpot items. Sauce, fruits and minimal side dishes stations available in the back of the restaurant by kitchen/ restroom area.
Original broth was mild. Tom yum and Szechuan broth were flavorful. The beef brisket was semi chewy but the rest of the beef and pork belly were good quality. Fresh shrimp paste with crunchy water chestnut was on point. Seafood and vegetables are fresh. The fried coconut balls were mild & fried dough with brown sugar was way too sweet. Flavorful Crispy fries were on point. Overall we enjoyed our dinner.

Food was good. It took awhile to get our pot and hot water, not sure why but the staff was friendly and attentive. I wouldn’t mind coming back.

It’s worth the price even if you go for lunch or dinner. Compared to other hot pot places I have tried, the menu offers more options. The soup bases were good and not salty as the order places. The meat, vegetables, and mushrooms were fresh and tasted good, but not the seafood. The most uncomfortable situation for me was sharing tables with others because of their table setup. They only have 5 tables for 4 people and the rest is for 8. So, if you have a party of less than 4, you may share the table with others. If I order multiple items and they arrive at once, I must hold them on our table area and make sure not to use other tables. This caused me to feel inconvenienced. If I go for hot pot with a party more than 4, I will be back to this place. But if not, I have to consider.

We had a great experience at Dragon Pot! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We did the hot pot all-you-can-eat buffet, and everything was fresh and flavorful. It was $34.99 per person, which felt worth it for the variety and quality.
If you’re looking to save a bit, consider going Monday through Friday—they offer a lower price on weekdays. Highly recommend if you’re a fan of hot pot!
