When I contacted this location, I spoke with Dennis, the manager, who was unfortunately very rude and dismissive. I explained what had happened and asked if this was the correct store. Dennis brushed me off and was disrespectful, claiming he was not being rude, and even told me, “if you want me to be rude, I will.” I asked for his name, and he yelled “Dennis.” Frustrated, I immediately hung up.
I then called the Poyner Village store, who kindly allowed us to come in and pick up the pizza, as my 3-year-old grandson was waiting and had fallen asleep.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise caution when dealing with Dennis. His behavior suggests issues with professionalism, behavioral control, and anger management. This is unacceptable from a manager, and I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Secretary of State.
I believe the owner of this store can do much better in ensuring respectful treatment of customers. I hope this feedback prompts a review of staff conduct at this location.
