Walked into the Cold Stone in stuart, florida and immediately, I could smell something sour.
Ordered the “Strawberry Blonde” special. The ice cream was clearly not frozen. It was melting over the sides of the cup before I even left the store.
The friendly Indian guy who served it put a cap on it for me at my request, but it’s still got everywhere in my car.
I drove about a mile down dixie, with no traffic back to my office downtown. By that time, the whole thing was slush. That is not how ice cream behaves LOL.
THE ROTTEN FRUIT SMELL AND THE LUKEWARM ICE CREAM. ALL REMINDS ME OF THE BODEGAS UP IN MANHATTAN…. THEY KEEP ALL THE REFRIGERATORS AT ABOUT 60° TO SAVE MONEY. AND YOU GET A WARM DRINK AND ROTTEN FOOD

Very friendly staff and awesome selection of ice cream, milkshakes, and ice cream cakes. Took the kids here tonight and they were so excited to watch the staff mix up their ice cream cups!! Great establishment and very quick service with a smile. Plus its ice cream which always makes people happy!! Great job staff!!! Keep up the good work. You are very much appreciated.

I wanted to give a glowing review to the lovely ladies, Janice and Carissa, who were working this evening. The were friendly, professional and made our orders to the highest Cold Stone standards. The milkshake was absolutely perfect! Their customer service was exceptional (a rarity these days) and the reason we have chosen this location over others. I hope the owners know they have two real gems on their team.

Went in for a pick order, I was not greeted or asked how I could be helped, two other people walk in after me and are greeted with outstanding service one bought a cake right then and there one picked up an order. I finally asked for my order they said they didn’t have it, they looked again and said they didn’t have the product to make the cake and the order was place the night before. No call email or notification was sent to me before hand so I could make changes. When asked for a refund “Div” the manger with no last name was not there and a refund could not be made by anyone until he came back which was who knows when. It’s a no brained that a manager should be present or a shift lead should be present at all times. Horrible service and resolution to problems. Plain cake for someone’s birthday because of lack of communication and management. $40

Interior needs better upkeep.
3 stars because I still love ice cream, but I won’t be coming to this store again. I’ll choose a different ice cream shop.

Line moved slow, service was okay, ice cream was meh. But in the ice cream case down where the flavor names are displayed there was a… leg! Wondering where the rest of this little fella is? Probably should do a deep cleaning because if that’s what we can see I don’t wanna know what there is in the pantry and such. Owner/ manager hid in the back while two younger employees helped the long line.

Edit: 8/8/24 I received an email notifying me that the refund was processed
Placed an order on the app 8/5 and realized there was a mistake. Tried to cancel the order on the app immediately after placing it but it prompted me to call the store. I call and the owner picks up and tells me he will refund the order but he isn’t at the store right now so he will do it later. I was already on the way so I ended up going into the store to make sure they didn’t make the order since I was having it cancelled. The worker was very nice about everything and of it was of her control so I left and decided to wait for the refund as promised. But I find it odd that there was no way to get a refund considering I never got the ice cream. I waited for the order to be refunded for a few days, but I was still charged so I ended up having to dispute it.
