I tried to order on the app and it said my order was canceled so I called the store and. I was told there was probably phone lines down or something. So my daughter and decided to go get food we order two foot long meatball subs. Well apparently they didn’t have enough meatballs to make two subs. So they just put two meatballs on one half of my sub and one of the meatballs was so burnt it wasn’t edible. I don’t understand why someone would act like there’s enough to make my sub instead of just communicating. They didn’t have enough and I could order another sub. The people that were there seemed very bothered that we was coming into order food

I really can’t express how delightful of an experience I underwent at this Subway. Ace (awesome name) and Marissa were welcome, accommodating, and helpful with what sub to pick. The service was quick, concise, effective, the executed to perfection. Sensational night at Subway. Shooter likes it hot.

Visited the Tipp City Subway last night and had a fantastic experience. Even though it wasn’t too far from closing time, the lady working was very jovial, and I walked out of there with three subs and a smile on my face. The place was clean, and well taken care of, which is always a big bonus!

Kindness can make a big difference. The store manager’s attitude seemed a bit off. It would be better if they could hand the food and receipts more gently to the customer instead of throwing them at the customer on the counter. The drama happening on the headsets is not the customer’s concern. This was my first time at this location, and unfortunately, it will be my last. Also, it would be great if the soda machine could be cleaned. I believe good customer service should be provided regardless of tipping, especially for to-go orders. Thank you.

My family and I really like coming to this Subway location. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable when we want to try new menu items and the inside of the store consistently looks well organized and clean. Bathrooms are also clean which is not usually the case at many fast food joints. Chicken bacon is my go-to sub and if I ask for extra veggies no one ever complains. Overall really good experience

I’m not quite sure why this is an issue at this store, but making a BLT shouldn’t be that hard. By the time I arrived home to eat my food, I noticed that the only thing on my Sandwhich is bacon and mayo! I mean Really??? Come on people the Sandwhich spells it out for you. B=bacon L=lettuce T=tomato.
If you’re going to work in a Sandwhich shop, at least learn your basics! Which this Sandwhich is the most basic of them all! SMH

Went in for a 6 inch untoasted sub. The person working put the meat and cheese on the sub, slid it to the vegetables (they were working alone) and then proceeded to start the order of the family behind us. They completed their order as they finished mine as if we were together. The sub wouldve taken like 3 minutes out the door and instead it was 15 minutes of standing there watching 6 inches of sub sit waiting for a few vegetables. Maybe im being dramatic but the whole experience was just not worth it.
