Established in 2007. our sushi restaurant specializes in traditional Japanese cuisine made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I studied in Japan during college, where I developed a deep understanding of Japanese culture and authentic culinary techniques. That experience inspired me to open three Japanese restaurants over the years, all focused on delivering genuine flavors, handcrafted sushi, and warm Japanese hospitality. We are committed to offering an authentic dining experience that brings the true taste of Japan to our community.

The waiter was very welcoming and friendly, the food was excellent and served quickly, and the presentation was original and refined.
As a French visitor and a lover of good sushi/maki, I highly recommend it!
A truly great place to eat!
We will be back soon.
We had lunch today and got their lunch special Bento box (many to choose from starting at $15.95). Our bento box had salmon teriyaki, rice, salad, vegetable and one prawn tempura, 3 sashimi and miso soup ($22.95). We also ordered the Rainbow Blossom Roll ($17). Everything was simply delicious. The bento box had a good amount of food for the price. The sashimi melted in your mouth. The tempuras were fried perfectly and didn’t ooze oil everywhere and also a good amount. The miso soup was also delicious. The salmon teriyaki piece wasn’t huge but absolutely acceptable for the price.
The Rainbow Blossom Roll was also very good and had the perfect amount of fish to rice ratio and drizzle of their special sauce.
The server / owner(?) gave us an extra miso soup free of cost and was very friendly.
We have eaten here before and ordered a few times. But this was hands down the best experience so far. Fresh fish and a good amount for the price?
Review from 4 years ago: The front said under new management. So we went in for lunch on a Saturday. It was empty apart from a couple of people for take outs. We were 4 adults and 2 kids. They brought free edamame right after we sat (which they didn’t do when we visited few months back). We ordered the salmon+ sashimi lunch box, chicken karage +katsu lunch box, sushi lunch box, cherry blossom roll, and rainbow roll. The amount of the lunch box was HUGE! Two people can share the amount of food they served. The quality of karage, katsu, tempura and salmon was very good too. The blossom sushi was good but I took a star off for the rainbow roll with didn’t taste fresh. But we will definitely return for the lunch specials! Bang for your buck there!
Got the karaage and dragon roll- both were great!
