I knew I should have went to McDonald’s. Ordered at 11am when all food should be fresh and hot. Ordered a medium size meal #1 cheese, onion rings with a set tea and 8 piece nugget with honey mustard. Down the street and grabbed a Luke warm lumpy ring. They gave me semi warm dry nugget fingers, small rings and small drink for $16. The burger was dry and not the same. I need the general standards of own a establishment gets better. I remember when humans use to love what they did and it showed and tasted like it.

Pulled up at 2:58 p.m. in drive through at the outside order board. Staff asked me to wait. Waited till. 3:05 p.m.. I said hello? Staff asked me to wait again,…in smart tone of voice. 3:10 p.m.. I pulled forward and 2 other cars sitting in line. Couldn’t get around them. At 3:25 I drove up to the window and noticed 3 workers in the business. No inside dinning at this location. Told the young lady at the window I didn’t order at the board and drove off. Their service time is too long and the attitude isnt needed. Former BK worker here and we would have been written up for the wait times and not hustling to get the orders out. If you dont wanna work then stay home. Its called Fast Food for a reason.

Placed then online order. One of the things I ordered was not available.I was not told until I got to the second window. It was replaced with something of my choice which was fine. Which was onion rings. They was cold.My chicken fries were cold. Food was horrible. Wasted almost nine dollars of my money on some gross food.

We waited 23 minutes from getting to the order point to getting food. Two people staffed and seemed to be just wandering around.. One took mo ey then came back 10 minutes opened window to take money then realized he had already taken our money. Finally made it to pickup window and money take person tried to give us someone else’s order, told me not ours ten asked what we order. Then came back and ask “no pickle?”. I repeated our order and he hollered “Mike just regular”. One good think replaced the longest time spent in any dri e through by 15 inutes.

Terrible service! Made me sit for 10 mins at the speaker before they would let me tell them that I had a mobile order. They just kept saying hold on, hold on…. It then took 25 mins to get to the window (only 2 cars ahead of me the whole time) and they didnt even know what ordered or have my food ready.
