Ordered delivery at 8:15pm was told 20-30 min here 9pm no delivery! I called multiple times they said my area is a dash area and that they were going to remake and get another driver out ASAP. So boom 950 comes still nothing and they close at 10pm then the guy over the phone name Chris was very rude saying my order was picked up and it’s nothing he could do about it and hung up! 10pm finally my order arrives older guy he was very nice and said they probably didn’t have drivers he had just picked up the order at 945pm and apologized for any inconvenience but it’s not his fault because Chris who works for pizza hut should’ve told me they had no drivers! Never will order from here again! Food was still fresh,driver was very polite but Chris was very disrespectful!

Let me preface this by saying this is Pizza Hut as a whole. I’m giving this store in particular high marks for service because they’ve almost always been on the ball. But the food is universally the same no matter what store you go to.
It is a sad day. This is the pizza I grew up on. It’s what made pizza my favorite food. It was one of the biggest parts of my childhood. It’s where I went for my birthday meals.
Watching it decline over the years has been painful. But it’s finally done it. Pizza Hut has gotten so bad that I genuinely don’t like it anymore. I would rather a frozen red baron.
It doesn’t taste good. It doesn’t have a good texture. And it’s barely even there. I go pick up a box with a large three topping pizza, and it feels empty.
And the increasing prices just make it insane to even consider buying this product anymore.
So Pizza Hut. Lifetime fan signing off. Goodbye forever.

EDIT: Ordered delivery once again. Gotta say the service has improved! Once I placed my order, they called me to confirm it. They didn’t have the right wings in stock, so they offered a substitution at no extra charge. Got my pizza within 30 mins (we’re about 5 mins away). Keep it up guys!
Had to edit my review. Before they gave me a 10 dollar credit, due to that delivery problem. Now I ordered online again and they gave me 10 dollars off my order again in store. This makes up for that pizza hut delivery problem we had back then. Thank you guys. Don’t know if it was some sort of loyalty or again, making up for the problem, but either way, thank you again. I may give delivery a try again in the future, but I’ll save that for another review:)

My order arrived later than expected; not only was the pizza cold, but it arrived all messed up. The wings were also cold and the box appeared as if it had been stepped on. I ordered extra honey bbq sauce and got marinara. If we had not been hungry, I would have thrown the order away. Why bother delivering a screwed up order.

Absolutely horrible and inconsistent! I have a pizza with barely any cheese OR sauce on it! The boneless wings I ordered is just fried batter. No chicken what so ever! This will be my last time ever eating from here! Complete garbage!
