Mariscos Cheli was one of the most hidden gems that you’ll love to try. It was my first time being in this restaurant. I would like to thank the owner for his hospitality and his service. Talking to the owner, he was very passionate of his restaurant and i could taste the passion in the food he served to us. The bacon wrapped shrimp dish was very delicious. The restaurant was very clean and organized. I would definitely bring my friends and family here to eat and bring more recognition for this local restaurant.

Food is good but it always had a muggy smell in the building. Of course fishy because it is what the manly sell,seafood but it’s always humid and dingy. Smelling when going in, you do get used to it after being there for a while, but it’s not very pleasant when eating.

A truly hidden gem. If you know, you know. This delightful little corner diner features a huge variety of seafood taste pleasures. I love the bacon wrapped shrimp. The shrimp diablo is also a spicy delight. It’s hidden. It’s delicious. The staff is super kind and patient.

Service was terrible !! Our waitress was rude and took forever to give us our order we had to get up to ask for another drink ! And place wasn’t even busy will never go again !! Good food high cost I get it’s ” sea food ” but it’s definitely priced as if it were fresh, which it’s definitely not, it’s frozen. I think what makes it lack is the service area as much is the fact I like consistency if what I get when I eat at the restaurant doesn’t match when I pick up to take home it makes me a bit upset I know when I eat in I definitely get a much healthier serving of seafood verses the sad servings when you pick up for take out. If you can’t fit the full serving in the Styrofoam cups, (which at the prices), you should be able to provide better take out packaging for the products.

The restaurant is a cute little place with the sweetest man running it. I ordered the tilapia grilled with no flavor option cuz that is how i prefer it but u can get it flavored different ways and it was grilled perfectly. The rice and the coleslaw type salad that comes with it is really good, especially the salad. I have never had shrimp cocktail like this before and it is now on my favorite version; and u get crispy corn tortillas and soup crackers to go with it. I will definitely be back!

Not a good meal I got Camerones a la Diabla not a good job on the seasoning they didnt Devain the shrimp so they all had poop in them they had no tortillas they only offer chips or crackers I expect something decent if I’m paying over $20 for lunch I won’t be back here again.

I wanted some authentic seafood and this was one of the places that came up on google. Its located in kind of a hidden little area but It wasn’t hard to find at all. When you walk in you immediately get a homey feeling (which I love) and you’ll definitely feel welcome. I ordered a cold cocktail that was out of the world and was just what I needed.
If you love fresh and authentic seafood this place is a must.
