I’ve been going to this Panda Express for a couple of years now, and it is by far the best one I’ve been to. I’ve been to many Panda Expresses around Utah, and several out of the state, but this one beats them all. Even when they are extremely busy, the staff is kind and efficient. I get my food quickly everytime, and everything is fresh and tasty. Many other Panda Expresses I’ve gone to are slower and worse quality, even when they are not particularly busy, but this store is almost always consistent.
On occasion, some of the food is slightly less seasoned, or doesn’t have the correct ratio of ingredients, but that doesn’t happen very often. This is easily the best Panda Express I’ve ever gone to.

I really think that they just changed their hours to 3 PM close on Mondays on Google just because I ordered right now. On the app they close at five and on Apple Maps. If they’re actually closing at three and they’re losing business. Panda Express pays their employees more. They they shouldn’t close before five any day.

You’d think a college campus food court wouldn’t let you order online in case someone from outside the school tried to order it. if you did happen to offer that as a service you’d think you’d have your phone line set up so it doesn’t take someone over an hour to find the restaurant because there is no way to contact the store to cancel the order. i have never been more upset by a store’s lack of contact

This place single handedly restored my love for Panda. Several terrible experiences with the Provo location just about dissuaded me from ever going back to Panda, however, one cold fall day the chow mein was smelling pretty fire in the cafeteria so I gave Panda another go. The female employee was so energetic and nice and gave me a solid portion of the best tasting Panda I’ve had in a while. What’s more I looked in the bag and to my surprise there was two fortune cookies! This is my favorite Panda location.

I’d stay away if its close to closing time. The food is grossly chewing, and dry. They don’t seem to cook any more food past 5pm. Employees were nice, and serving size was actually great (especially for panda express in 2023). Unfortunately just not worth it later in the day.

The manager is very rude. I have a gluten allergy and just wanted two entrees. The manager was very rude in telling me “no” given I have done this at many other pandas before. She was going to charge me full price 7.20$ for two entrees even though I would be only getting just two entrees and no sides. She was very short with me and non accommodating. You know what your getting when you go with Panda Express when it comes to there food. This is strictly the service. Even though their food is not the best quality I would atleast expect some polite service. This should not be the common practice here.
