DO NOT ORDER ONLINE , I think they need to learn how to read. Large fry means large fry and everything was cold. Thinking the banana pudding made everything cold. It was on bottom of the bag.
Well, I guess that’s what they make microwaves for well I have french fries in the freezer so I just have to cook them myself. Also, that doesn’t look like a jumbo barbecue. Go to baby Jack’s in Bartlett
I must add if you call they will not help you if your order is wrong. Not going here anymore. Looks like other locations are better.

Was impressed by this place today! The customer service was like nothing you find anywhere these days. The entire staff was welcoming! Mary does a great job there! Food was good too. I enjoyed the pulled chicken sandwich and my husband said the bbq nachos were good. Everything came out hot! Restaurant was clean.

Slow, slow, slow service. Employee looked at me like I was stupid when I asked what was taking so long. Food was cold, meat was dry and portions were small.

Some of the best pulled pork that has set on my pallet in some time now. Sauce was perfectly matched blend of sweet and tangy. Slaw nicely cooled the robust explosion of the baked beans. The place was a disaster, cleanliness wise. Floors were littered with bits and pieces and the trash can was an overflowing mess. Had to scan around a bit for a clean table to perch for lunch. Bathrooms were even worse. The atmosphere is what killed it today. The food was so good I actually made a second order of a bacon cheeseburger to-go for later on tonight.

Have been eating tops BBQ for many years. It has always been my favorite. Today, all of their barbecue sandwiches tasted like a huge amount of salt had been added to the sauce or the meat. It was so salty. No one in my family could eat them.

Had a delightful experience with the manager Katie, extremely professional, quick with making food even though she was the only one running the show in the morning. She always makes sure I can get back out to my ambulance in time to run my calls.

The Tops BBQ at 6745 Stage Road in Bartlett, TN has been requiring delivery drivers (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.) to prepare customers’ drinks themselves. This is not part of a driver’s job and raises serious health, safety, and sanitation concerns. If this practice continues, I will have to report it to the health department. This needs to be addressed immediately. You are supposed to put seal on the drink as well.

I don’t know if it’s the employees or the business standards but this place has went down so fast. I went yesterday, Saturday around 4 to get some thin quick to eat – no chicken so I couldn’t get what I wanted and tried to get a JR Burger and they were out of that as well. Well the cheeseburger I got must’ve been cooked for hours the plastic was stuck to the bread – I just through the entire order away. I mean they still have good ice but yeah I won’t be back for food.
