Went in to pick up an online order Wednesday evening, said 20 minutes. Got there they were about 4 people deep waiting on sandwiches. I went to online pickup and when I asked they were barely fixing to make it. I wasn’t mad, two young men probably late teens making the sandwiches. They were making sure to get the order right which is a plus. Well, order was ready called me over and I told him thank you. He politely greeted me to have a good day. When we got home. My son and I were unwrapping our sandwiches. These things looked like a work of art! No joke, even my son said dad, these sandwiches taste amazing for some reason. Lol just wanted to say great service, great young men working behind the counter, and awesome sandwich artists!

I am over this SUBWAY.. last 3 times I’ve been in I am not greeted. All 3 times 2 people both working on online orders. I waited 20 minutes before I was addressed. Finally I get “what kind of bread”. I happily say “hello”. Not one of the workers have a sense of urgency on all 3 visits. My visit tonight really has me thinking about going to a different location. The young guy had long curly hair and he kept pushing it out of his eyes..his pants were hanging under his butt with his underwear hanging out. He walked away pulling his pants up numerous times..RIDICULOUS I don’t want to see your hands in your pants when your making sandwiches!!plus he kept checking his phone . The young girl seemed irritated at the people showing up. She was scratching her head and touching her ear bud while making sandwiches. Not one of us in line were greeted

Placed an online order for a sub app advised sub would be ready by 945pm arrived at 945 and store was closed. Two kids inside sitting down. Looked at the store hours posted on the door and closing time is 10pm not the first time having issues when placing in person orders workers look like they are forced to be there and slam your food around

Got two subs. Cookies drink.
1 the “philly” was fine no issues
1 meatball sub..more like the jaw breaker sub.
– The meatballs where either old as dirt, bad, or over cook.. or possibly all three.
Tasted awful. (Ended up in The trash.)
The cookies I know those cookies had been sitting there for atleast 4 months. They were absolutely disgusting!
Spit them out instantly!!
I won’t say who what when but I will tell you the way.
This kid, who made my food. Complained about working a shift form 11am to 3pm. I had to hold in my laughter. Because this kid looks fresh outta high school (or still is in high school). But If that small schedule was brutal.. (yeesh) I really hate to see this kis put in a real days work. (10+hours.)
When a customer came in behind me, the kid didnt say welcome to subway.. or hi or anything remotely welcoming.. the kid would yell at the customer at the door
“You’d here for a pick up order?!” (That how I was greeted also)
After completing my order this kid boldly told me and I qoute “make sure you add the 15%” i was like oh, okay sure kid..
Im not sure what subway is paying these days. But damn can’t be that great if your worker are basically telling customer to tip.
Anyways, I don’t typically eat at subway, and these issue will be more reason to avoid this place.

i go there at least once a week and its almost always made wrong, they dont listen to the instructions or how the sandwich is made. they never wear appropriate attire either. always in basketball shorts and not in normal work clothes

The management is terrible . The women who is the manger is disgustingly rude. Anyways , Kelley who works at night did an amazing job making my sandwich ! She was very kind and quick !

Why have hours of operation of you are not going to follow them. Now I see why I have seen post on Facebook and heard other people talking about how bad our subway here on 87th is getting worse. I’m posting the pics and the timestamp on my photo just so you know I’m not making it up. The timestamp is 9:47pm when I walked out and got in my truck. I entered the store a little after 9:40pm. At that time the young man and the lady in a black shirt looked at me walk in an made a bit of a fruatrated face when I walked in. It looked to be a Manager or crew leader. He was asking her about what to do so that’s why I say that. The young man flowed me to the front door and locked it behind me. It just doesn’t make sense. He was friendly to me but I could hear him asking permission as he stopped working on my order to ask and forgot what cheese I had choose when he had asked me the 1st time which all that in itself was not friendly service. He did speak to me with respect and thanked me. I think they can do better. Atmosphere is a low rating because I felt unwelcome. I included the screenshot of the hours and even google said closes soon but they closed early.

Did an order online but when we picked it up, the sandwiches barly had any meat and when i asked for light mayo they did extra mayo and it looked like it was thrown together in 2mins, the people working have no customer service at all and then talk to you like they don’t have to deal with you again, said no manager was working and was out of town when I asked for the owners name and number and then kept putting me on hold to not hear me, worst service ever oh and the $3 snacks they have looks like nothing but bread and like someon fought over it

Went to Subway today on eighth Street in Odessa Texas took my children in there to get them some lunch. The lady behind the counter was rude from the very start. Her attitude is very demeaning towards the customers. The nice man named Caleb with a tattoo on his face was very accommodating, but Jasmine had a bad attitude the entire time I let her know I was going to leave a review and she explicitly said I don’t care and the worst town anyone has ever had. I don’t believe that she represented in a professional manner that she should be in the Customer Service industry.
