I doordashed some food earlier tonight, and my doordasher ignored the instructions and didn’t pick up my ice cream parfait. I ended up calling the store to see if I could pick it up, and a very nice employee answered. I’m like 99% sure his name is David. Anyways, I explained what happened, and he knew right away what I was referring to. He explained how he called after my doordasher, but was ignored. David said they still have the parfait if I wanted to come pick it up. I did, and he was right there when I walked in, gave it to me, and apologized again. The food I ordered came out great, but the service I received was even better. Shout out to David for helping me out. He made the whole thing so pleasant after an hour of arguing with DoorDash over a refund.

had an issue with the gas pump and the manager dave helped resolve it quickly and with a friendly attitude 🙂 it’s always clean and stocked, but the friendly staff is really what makes it a superior wawa.

never thought id leave a review for a wawa of all places — but the staff here are awesome. like a week ago multiple of them complimented me on my shirt and that was the first compliment i got unprompted from anyone in a hot second, so that made my week a lot better.

Wawa!!! You are leaving money in your app!! I ordered something an hour out for Morehall road curbside. Well one large seli request was out of stock so you failed the whole Order!! and I didn’t get the cancellation until 2 hours later.
