Had ordered a pizza and asked if there was garlic butter, they told me yes and then when I got in my car I looked and it wasn’t in there. So I had to go inside and ask two more times for some. Then when I get home, I see that half the pizza has barely any toppings on it. Pretty disappointed when paying $17 for a pizza. I definitely do not recommend going here.

The delivery was stellar, the pizza … not so much. It’s was quite possibly the worst Papa John’s pizza I’ve ever eaten. The crust was undercooked, soggy, and so flimsy that the toppings slid off when you went to pick up a slice. Wichita has a plethora of incredible pizza options to choose from. Do yourself a favor and go with a different restaurant.

Put my order in at 8 am for tonight. Came in. The dude was super rude told me it would be 20 min cause they hadn’t even started the order. The guy talked to me like I was stupid and was super rude told that’s ridiculous. Don’t recommend. I spent $120 just for it to be late.

What is the point of advance ordering if they are still going to be an hour late?
Then when you try to call in, you spend 30 mins on hold, only to be told the manager is “too busy” to speak to you. Absolutely insane. Atrocious customer service!!!

Alright, for one the food here is never fully cooked, or overcooked. I have problems every single time ordering from here but my kids like it so I get it for them. For two, the black lady working here is SO RUDE. I sent my 14 year old daughter in to grab our order and apparently the woman employee was making jokes about my daughter and shaming her for what she was wearing. My daughter is very sensitive and doesn’t bother ANYONE AT ALL. My child had on regular Jean shorts and an oversized tee and apparently the woman was saying my daughter was trying to show her legs to be “sexy” EXCUSE ME?! So disgusting I will never come here EVER again! Papa johns you should be ashamed of yourself for having folks who act that way working here. Extremely uncalled for and so odd. She’s lucky I didn’t have my daughters mom go in and rearrange her teeth. Do better papa johns

Pizza is always amazing but please do not have someone who doesn’t speak a lick of English man your cash register. Had to repeat myself 6 times and felt like I was being trolled. Have her cooking pizzas and someone who can fluently converse with customers manning your cash register.

The manager maybe BJ or something like that was so kind and helpful it was amazing experience. I was able to sit to eat half of the pizza and take the rest home. Kudos to this manager for being customer friendly and helpful who is on Northeast area of Wichita. I have to thank him for sure since he truly made me feel like a desired customer
