Been to Wild Bill’s Saloon several times and had another great experience last night with friends.
Decided to visit this location to watch the NFL wild card game. Many TV’s to view several sporting events this evening.
We were greeted immediately and sat with the server coming over right away to take our drink orders.
We got the chips and queso and fried pickle spears for our tables starters. Both very tasty and was a great start to the evening.
The girls ordered the beef Philly cheese steak sandwich and the guys had the On the Run burgers with seasoned sour cream and waffle fries.
Everything tonight was cooked perfectly and was fresh with many extraordinary tastes.
They were only running their late night menu due to kitchen being short staffed but was sufficient for our needs tonight.
Our server was very attentive with us being there for over 2 hours. Thank you for a nice evening!

Amazing service!!! The food was great, and the interactions with the bartenders were phenomenal. My only concern would be the expediter who brought out food couldn’t find the patron that decided to move after the order was made, and slammed the tray and the food at the end of the bar cap and said it’s not my problem. I don’t have time for this. You guys find them.. I thought it was a little rude little weird and there was no reaction by anybody so I assume it’s someone that does this all the time

She is hands down the best bartender I’ve ever had. Friendly, attentive, and somehow always remembers what everyone likes, even when the place is busy. She makes you feel welcome the second you walk in and turns an ordinary night out into something you actually look forward to all week.
The drinks are always perfect, the vibe is fun, and the service is unbeatable when Nicola is behind the bar. If she’s working, you’re guaranteed a great experience.

From the second we walked in, the place had that perfect mix of high-energy fun and laid-back comfort. The food? Unreal. Every bite tasted like it was crafted by someone who actually cares about flavor instead of just cranking out plates. The portions were generous, everything came out hot and fresh, and you can tell they don’t cut corners.
But the real MVP was Amy.
Amy didn’t just “serve” us — she ran the table like a pro. Friendly without being fake, attentive without hovering, and somehow always appearing exactly when we needed something. Refills? Handled. Recommendations? Spot on. She made us feel like regulars even though it was our first visit. That kind of service is rare.

Throughout the evening, her attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. She took the time to explain the menu, offer thoughtful recommendations, and made sure every course arrived perfectly timed. What stood out most was her ability to be both attentive and unobtrusive—checking in just when we needed her without ever making us feel rushed.
The food was exceptional—beautifully presented, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care—but Jenny’s service truly elevated the entire experience. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and maintained a wonderful energy that made the night feel special.

Mariah B is an amazing waitress. We have not been back to the restaurant in many months and she knew exactly what we wanted to drink and what we wanted to eat. She remembered it was lent and that we come to Wild Bills every Friday for the fish fry through lent. She is always fast friendly and just an all around wonderful waitress. We will always come in now and request her as our waitress. Thank you Mariah for the outstanding service, we have had several waitstaff here that were questionable and have some times that we have walked out.
