I ordered breakfast this morning, a breakfast burrito, delivered through DoorDash, why did I receive half the burrito, I was so very disappointed. Is this a joke, is this what shrinkflation looks like? I spent close to $8 and this is what I get, half the burrito and to top it off, the bacon that was on the burrito, clear was not cooked all the way done. I do know that the bacon is less crunchy once on the burrito, but this bacon was clearly not done. Not to mention this is the second time this has happened. I like Tim Hortons but after this I don’t know if I will want to order again.

I was a little let down by Tim Hortons. I live in Iowa and had only heard about Tim Hortons by Canadian Youtubers. So, when I visited Michigan, I was thrilled to discover that they had Tim Hortons. But the experience wasn’t stellar. The donut selection was small. The coffee was good. The service was quite slow for only having a few people in the store. The donuts tasted fine. But they weren’t any better than I can get at a gas station.

Tim Hortons offers solid fast food options for breakfast and lunch, and their coffee is genuinely impressive! especially for the price! What I really appreciate is how affordable it is compared to other chain coffee spots. You’re getting good food and great coffee without the inflated prices you see at places like McDonald’s or Starbucks. I’ve only ever had one minor issue, there were a couple of eggshells in my breakfast sandwich once, but honestly, it just showed me the food was fresh. And the way they handled it? Amazing. The staff was kind, quick to fix it, and made sure I left happy. That kind of customer service sticks with you. I’ve never had a problem since. It’s not gourmet, but for what you’re paying, it’s an absolute win. Perfect for younger folks who want their morning coffee fix without dropping eight bucks just to feel awake. Tim Hortons keeps it simple, affordable, and welcoming, and that’s why I keep going back.

I really like this Tim Hortons and when we come in from South Bend we usually stop. Everytime we stop though they are always out of donuts. It would be great if they were available in the middle of the day. Other then that the staff is really nice.

Bought donuts, coffee, and a matcha latte. Got home and looked at my matcha latte and was so disappointed!! I reached out to the customer service line because I can forgive some shrinkflation, I can understand that drinks can foam up, but I was pretty annoyed and pissed that I paid for a Large and my drink was barely halfway full! Was told that they cant do anything, only the store owners themselves can provide a refund for their shenanigans. Photo attached, but come ON… you can’t be serious!!! 2 stars bc the donuts were at least delicious and the sugar helped cover the taste of disappointment.

I’m a regular, and I normally love this Tim Hortons, but I’m concerned about the trajectory lately. The mobile scanner at the drive through hasn’t worked right in weeks, and today my order took forever, and it turned out to be wrong! I ordered a breakfast sandwich and got a plain bagel. Not thrilled!

My first visit, was ok. Drive Thru Speaker was broken. Tea wasn’t good either, Not hot or cold. And the Timbits are better.
