Such a horrible experience I will be going back to claim a free meal from them I ordered 3 jr cheese burgers and a Dave’s double the jr cheese burgers came with no buns what so ever on top of that they refused to take our order at 11:40 20 minutes before they close and said we have to place a mobile order or we can’t get any food I feel like out of spite they messed up our order that’s super unprofessional this team definitely deserves to get fired the night shift is a mess UPDATE: went in the morning after and the manager didn’t hesitate to replace our food it was correct but that still didn’t make me want to return to any Wendy’s establishment

so I just ordered from them like literally just now like one minute before I wrote this comment, but I just had to come in here and say that there is a lady at the drive-through window checkout and she was blonde with a lot of piercings and I just want to say she was so friendly so nice like she made sure my order was accurate which it was and she was just so friendly so I had to come on here. Write a comment that hopefully you’ll get her whenever you go through the drive-through!

First of all, the price we paid Was Not the price on the board! Now the burgers were good, but the fries were small, cold, and practically inedible! I guess you should ask for fresh fries. I normally love Wendy’s but not this one.

Woah… so I ordered on the mobile app this evening just a simple baconator meal, chicken sandwich, and 10 chicken nuggets. When I got to the drive through there was one car in front of me. It took a while for them to take that cars order which ok things happen. My turn and I tell them twice I had a mobile order after waiting another few minutes. When the first car and I pull up to the second window we both proceed to sit there for over another 15 minutes waiting for thier food. Then when it’s my turn to pick up I was given my drinks and without a word they closed the window and had me wait another 15 minutes before I was finally rudely handed my bag without a single word. Not a sorry about the wait or anything. As I sat there waiting for my food there were 3 workers just standing there on thier phones laughing which ok I don’t care that your on your phone but then one worker is literally running around with thier head cut off trying to get peoples food and orders out. I’ve never been so frustrated with wendys especially considering I had ordered ahead of time on the app and it still took them a total of 37 minutes of me sitting in the drive thru to get me my food. I was so frustrated I didn’t open all of the food before leaving and the order was wrong and rock hard. We ordered a baconator with no pickles and got a Dave’s single with pickles and my chicken sandwich was rock hard almost burnt. You would think after it took so long that they would have gotten the order atleast right. I have worked fast food and I understand things happen and would have understood with some kindness but to have no communication from the workers or any kind of apology for the wait is just not what this place use to be and I feel awful for the one person in there busting thier butt while those others sat doing nothing while in the workers way. I was so frustrated and I didn’t want to make the people behind me wait any longer so I didn’t want to pull a manager aside but someone should definitely be telling the slackers to atleast go to the back instead of standing in front of frustrated customers.

Shaking my head, what i mistakenly thought was going to be an easy, delightful and delicious meal full of real beef paties and crispy fries turned out to be an absolute nightmare. My son who has specific food requirements was appalled to see that they left out the second bag of french fries. I had paid for it, so therefore expected it. Sadly, when we got home, my son was extremely disappointed in the lack of fry in the bag. Horrible experience. If i could give zero stars i would.

Been coming here for the last couple years and the service has slowly been going down today. I ordered my food and she rang up the wrong food when I corrected her. She gave me an attitude when I corrected her again because she still had the wrong food she got mad and threw a fit when I got to the window to get my food. I told her I ordered my drink with no ice. She got mad and said why didn’t explicit hear you say that! This has been going on for the last year and a half.

Staff is extremely polite and always willing to help. Food was hot and super fast. The lobby and restrooms on the other hand are absolutely disgusting!!! Wendys needs to remedy this asap.

I went to this location on 10/27/2024. I put in a mobile order pretty late, which I know is inconvenient, but I still showed up before they closed. There was a line in the drive thru so I got to the speaker about 13 minutes before they closed and was told that they couldn’t take anymore orders because they were closed. I then told the woman I had a mobile order. I sat there for a while before she asked me what the name was. Took forever to get through that line but eventually got my food. This was their “baconator fries”
