First impressions are everything. Walking in, you will see a clean establishment. The smiles and greetings are a pleasant. Even when they are busy you can see them working hard and doing what they can to keep the wheels moving. It is hard to find a clean and overall good vibe in Huntington, when it comes to restaurants.
The drive-thru can get hectic, I would recommend ordering online or with the app if you are in a rush.

I had ordered one of the new chicken bacon ranch toasted sandwiches and its honestly the worst. The flavor is fine , but it was not filled at all with anything other than lettuce and tomato I had to search for my bacon and chicken just to find maybe a couple small pieces . I mean I love jimmy John’s but this is way too hyped up for being a very unfulfilling sandwich.

This is consistently the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. The food is fine but the service is really slow, which isn’t great considering their whole gimmick is supposed to be the speed of service. Not sure if they’re understaffed or what but it’s consistently very slow. Usually not super friendly either.

This is absolutely the worst Jimmy John’s ever. The employees are sloppy, incompetent, and slow. The order is always made incorrectly. The employees are always dressed in sloppy street clothes not wearing aprons. Save yourself the frustration and just make yourself a turkey sandwich at home.

The food is absolutely delicious! However, since ‘freaky fast’ is literally their slogan to wait nearly 45 mins for 2 sandwiches to get delivered just barely a mile up the road is surprising. Thanks for the food, but hopefully next time I can actually eat it before my lunch break is over.

This chain used to be fast, now instead of being ready by the time you get done paying you are still waiting 5-10 minutes commonly. The sandwich’s are not that good being fast was 90% of the reason for stopping.
