So I gotta say the coffee here is delicious and for the price it’s not bad. I would only recommend you get coffee at Gregory’s because the food is terrible and not once but twice my order has come out wrong. The bread taste stale, the bacon is undercooked, and the egg taste terrible, also my cheese was missing in the picture provided. 5 stars for the coffee and ambiance. 1 star for the food.

We loved it!!!! I have never said this about any other coffee ☕️ place before, but it is actually better than Starbucks!!!! What a wonderful surprise! You have to try the cranberry scones and the caramel cold brew!!!! The barista was very friendly and knowledgeable! We are returning and I can’t wait!

This place is both good and bad. I went here a few weeks ago with my friend. I liked my latte but my friend barely touched her matcha latte. The snacks here are also stale and not good unless you come here first thing in the morning when they come out of the oven. At least the seating is good though…

Anna provided excellent, attentive service, and Mimi went above and beyond with her attention to detail of orderliness throughout the store, knowledge of the menu, and friendly conversation. I tried their new refreshers which are the perfect spring and summer drink. They offer unique flavors like mango chili, pineapple ginger, and strawberry hibiscus. Enriched with essential vitamins, electrolytes, and no artificial additives with the option to top with vegan cold foam. Also, tried their Flower Power iced and loved the flavors of lavender and honey.
Their chocolate chip cookies are delicious – definently ask for them to warm it up for you!

Tried them went they first opened , terrible service.Ive assumed it’s because they we’re new and still working out the kinks.
Tried them again today, disappointed to find out nothing has changed or improved.
Mind you, I’m a local, I live in the neighborhood, i expect Greenwich prices to be on the higher side, but the quality and the service should match those prices.

This location is pretty bad. I’ve been here a dozen times and won’t be back. The service is poor and the coffee itself is never right. I’ve had similar experiences at the Westchester mall location as well. Sad because the coffee is quite good

Ordered for the first time today. Asked for my chocolate croissant and Banana nut pound bread to be warm, they are iced cold. Not cold from travel, they are hard as rock. I asked for an iced latte, received a hot latte that tastes completely like milk. Very upset. Tried to call place 3 times it’s an automated system and option 2 is to receive a text about a problem with order or refund. Haven’t received a text back. Very upset with this service and food/drink.
